"Staff was very good in every respect.
But...
The breakfast food is pretty bad.
My room walls were badly cracked (from building setlling?) but not repaired.
Toilet had a leak and ran every ten minutes or so, all night.
Stains on the rooms sofa."

"Roach at elevator, the elevator not clean, carpets stains, stains on bed skirt, stains on bed pillows, a pair of women’s underwear stuffed under toilet cistern, air conditioner filters filthy and water flowed constantly and noisily thru the A/C. Used soap left in the shower and shower slow to drain. Food and crumbs in the microwave. We stayed at 6 hotels this hotel was by far the worse. The hotel had a notice posted that changes and remodeling were coming. That is no excuse for blatant...
