"I think this hotel is a very nice value for the price you pay. Very clean and a nice room. Breakfast was great and the staff exceptional. Hot tub got hot my first night but not the second night (this may be due to the flood to come). On my second night after I left the pool area and went back to my room at 10:30 p.m. some guy barricaded himself in his room on the 3rd floor and proceeded to flood the whole hotel. We had to evacuate. Fire dept shut the hotel down and turned off power to it. ...

"A few minor things caught my attention, chipped floor tiles in bathroom and missing grout, continental breakfast was ok but could be better. Big isdue was check-in they tried to blame the room booking discrepancy on expedia abd wanted to bill me for 6 rooms when the booking details showed 3 but eventually fixed the error in their system. Otherwise my group found the hotel to meet our needs."
