It was walking distance to downtown (around 25mins), but to get to the sidewalk you needed to cross a huge road that didn't feel too safe. The staff was very nice and helpful. I love waking up with the sneek of the ocean. The room was on the smaller sie, and cleaning service is only three days unless otherwise requested, but it has all what you could need. Plus there is an outdoor sofa, where you can enjoy the to go breakfast...

"The statf was very accommodating. Anything we needed was no prpblem and given to us quickly. We also checked in very late and it was not an issue at all. The location is a busy street but many places are within walking distance."

"Don't expect the Ritz, but for a "beach house" it's on point. As the listing states, it's right on the water (bay of the ocean). The tide does go way out for several hours a day leaving just sand, but many seem to like to walk out there especially with their dogs. Appliances could use replacing, but they worked just fine. The furniture wasn't the most comfortable, but you also didn't need to stress over the dog which I find more important. We didn't spend much time sitting in front of the tv...

"Great deck, simple furnishings. A/C has a remote & works well. Deck is very nice & peaceful place to hang out. When you get there the key boxes are under the deck/not intuitively near the door. Lower key box does not open so we had one set of keys the entire time. (we didn't care but can be inconvenient). Kitchen has no basics, like oil, spices etc. Just something to note. There is NO pantry designated. Lots of glass ware, cups, & plates, frying pans, stovetop stuff but no cooking sheets...
