Located in a wonderful, North Falmouth neighborhood minutes from Old Silver beach, and numerous golf courses, this dormered cape's location can't be beat! Spacious sun-filled rooms, two full baths and basement laundry. Sunny kitchen with breakfast bar, and dining area with sliders to the private deck. Fireplace in the oversized family room, Cable tv with WIFI and all appliances are included. House is located on a cul de sac with lots of off street parking. Close to restaurants, shopping, beach!!
