"Perfect spot to stay on the North Fork!"

"This was a great property. Very convenient to where we like to visit. It really had everything we needed for a great weeks stay."

"For a last minute trip, we couldn't beat the location. Less than 10 minutes from Sag Harbor and Bridgehampton main streets as well as from Sagaponack beaches. The space is quaint and offers everything you need, a small kitchenette, a work desk, outdoor space. "Great place to stay!"

"Place was perfect for our 2 day stay. In town for family event. Was well stocked with kitchen items and bathroom. Outside area was relaxing. Quaint little place. Host communicated well and everything was as expected. Thank you"

"Able to walk to all the nearby restaurants with this location, including the beach. Very clean rooms with 2 TVs and controllable AC. Would definitely visit here again."

"The place was great. It was clean and spacious, and located on a quiet street. It was also accessible to all the major roads. The host was very accommodating. Very pleased with it all and would highly recommend! "

"Very clean and well kept property. Easy communication with ow er/manager"

"More roomy than other budget motels around here."

"If you are looking for a place to sleep, this place is ok. No place to sit down or put anything down. Just a bed and an old beat up tiny side table. Refrigerator is tiny, needed to be cleaned and defrosted. Stains in the bathroom ceiling tiles and the smell of Marijuana at night. Hot plate and microwave present but did not use. The entryway and stairs were dirty and could use a coat of paint and trim. The beach was the highlight and a very short walk. Definitely not worth the $$$ we paid."

"Parking was easy and the room was the right siz."

"'A good choice as a clean stopover spot offering free parking close by making travel easier."

"thanks for hosting"

"Great spot Very clean"

"Spectacular views, super clean, comfortable and peaceful. My wife and I were blown away and will definitely rebook."

"Jazz is a delightful theme throughout the building with each unit decorated to pay tribute to a jazz great. The Billie suite is the best and the Duke room needs some updating but is serviceable. The hosts were extremely friendly and resourceful, greeted me in person, and accommodated my requests promptly. The clean and large communal kitchen and the in-room coffee machine is a plus. Conveniently located close to downtown."
