When she opened the door to the room in the morning, she found a bag with 4 decaf pods hanging from the door knob. That was very thoughful of the person at the reception desk to send additional pods without being asked - now that's customer service! Everything in the room was clean and in great condition."

"We loved our stay at this hotel! We stayed 3 nights and rented a car to drive to near by fall hikes and to check out Ottawa. The hotel pool and hot tub was lovely and both were good size! Rooms were beautiful and large, tons of room! And comfy beds, nice bathrooms. The breakfast was awesome! Lots of options and slightly different options each day including omelets and multiple kinds of eggs /meats, as well as other hot food options and cold food options. As well an fresh fruit each day. We found the staff friendly and helpful, nice large parking lot. It was a very easy commute into downtown Ottawa 15-20 min to most places and we found excellent restsraunts within 5-10 min drive, including an awesome local Italian restaraunt and local Greek. Would definitely stay here again!"
