"Room was clean. We stayed here to attend a show at the Voodoo Lounge. The restaurant choices were not great and the casino was depressing but the hotel and music venue were great."

"Check-in time was 3pm. We arrived at 5 pm and were told that the rooms were not ready because they had been fully booked the previous night. We were told the rooms would be ready in 15 min. After 15 min we were told “maybe another 15-20 min”. After that time, we were told they really had no idea when the room would be ready. They ended up giving us a different type room but were very clear in telling us that “other people were being very patient” and that we were not - even though they were at...
