"The house is in a nice neighborhood close to restaurants and shopping. It was a good size for my husband and I and there were thing we appreciated, the washer & dryer, the tea kettle and coffee maker, the cleanliness. There were also some issues - the split in the living room was super noisy, making conversation difficult. Most concerning was that there were no smoke detectors in the living space. My husband is a former fireman - and Rhode Island requires smokes detectors outside every sleeping...

The house was clean and well stocked with essentials, and the property owner was very responsive. The neighborhood also has several good local restaurants just steps away, and of course, everything that Newport has to offer is close by. We enjoyed are stay here and would definitely recommend it."
