Their adult son sleeps in his underwear on a couch while the parents is locked in a room right next to yours. They demanded extra cash as a cleaning deposit which breaks Expedia rules. They went through my room while I was gone. They demanded more money while I was there and made me and my 2 boys switch to a single bed room unless I paid. Complete scam.
