"The house was just as shown on the site. There were plenty of beds for our group, communication was quick and efficient, parking was right outside the house, and everything was clean. We had kids so the books and reading nook upstairs was a nice touch. It was a short walk to the newly updated riverfront area with a playground, restaurants and other businesses."

Didn't get a chance to use the fire pit in the back but that's an awesome amenity as well. Austin was super easy to communicate with and very prompt to respond. "Before you rent this loft you need to know;It is on the 2nd floor of a building with business/es on 1 st floor. We were there 5 days and on 3 days we were awaken at 730 a.m. with loud construction on the first floor. Room stocked with 3 washclothes and 3 towels which we thought was strange for a 5 night stay.Loft is almost impossible to use. Ladder is very difficult to use and if you sit up on the mattress , which is on the floor, you WILL hit your head.Overall would not stay here again."

A short walk to the riverfront and a nice little park.The host responded immediately whenever I had any questions.
