"Ac was cool"

"The breakfast was minimal toast, small containers of yogurt, cold cereal, weak coffee and small waffles. The water fountain was broken, vending machines empty swimming pool closed for repairs. Carpet was stained and filthy mattress stained although they did have mattress cover on it. The darkening curtains had a cut in it that you could see out into the parking lot. The room had a musty smell and vents were dirty."

"The staff are very nice people. The parking is great and the bed is comfortable. But the AC, at least in room 149, is too loud to permit sleep. The bathroom fans are also very loud - loud enough that the fan from the room above was disturbing. So if you want a nice staff and a nice overall hotel, this is an option. But if you want to sleep, stay well away from room 149."

"This is a unique property. Lots of Studebaker memorabilia, very clean and quiet area. Don, the host was very nice. The rooms were clean, the house was cozy. We will definitely consider staying there again."
