"Room was super clean. Fireplace was easy to use. We stayed for three nights and were given one small tube each of shampoo and conditioner. 2 small bars of soap. Cleaning the room everyday does not happen. We had a full garbage and had run out of shampoo and towels. Finally got a text that they could come and clean. Guess it is not an everyday thing anymore. Right on the beach, great rate."

"Staff was wonderful. Especially Madison and the manager. So helpful, patient and accommodating. We were very disappointed in the room we got. I think it was the last room to accommodate for people in the spring break week. I did not know such a room existed as in my many states I have always been in the front row of cottages. The four of us cousins and sisters are in our 70s and the stairs down to the room and down to the second bedroom in the room. We’re very hard to navigate. We were also disappointed that although we had a lovely view from the picture window in the room, it was not what we were used to staying at the Ester lee in a cottage. Now that we know how to book so that we get the room we like we will be able to avoid that problem, but it was quite disappointing. "

"For a deluxe balcony suite this was the most bare bones that we have experienced at the Inn. Usually wonderful rooms, this time very mediocre. NOT worth the money. Very disappointed this time. Because historically we have had a wonderful time at the Inn we will give it another chance. That room 430 needs a major upgrade with TV tech newer than 10 years ago and the carpet was stained and the baseboard heaters are all rusty. Also, the sliding glass doors/screens are broken and barely work. Refrigerator so loud it drowns out the sound of the ocean waves. Inn At Spanish Head YOU CAN DO BETTER!!!"

"The front desk was rude and just sat in the office as the lobby had 4 customers to check in. She did not great customers just ignored them. When another employee came in she helped the customers. I had made my reservations 2 weeks in advance, however they over booked and my room was not available and I had to settle for something else. "

"The office closes early so if you arrive after 5:00pm you can’t get ice and need to phone for any emergency That is my only negative. "

"Parking was easy , the pool closed at 7pm which sucked because most of the time we were gone tell later. So you had to plan the pool earlier in the day. We like to go out and explore and enjoy the places we are close to instead of just staying in the room. But it was a good space for our family of 6. Staff was friendly. Room had some issues missing carpet in spaces the bedroom window lock was cracked and looked like someone peeled back the screen to get in. And bathroom was kind of tight but it was worth the money for 3 nights. The beds were the most comfortable. Loved that there was a full kitchen with dishes, pans and silverware made it easy to save money on meals by cooking in. Overall would recommend property, and even had a private beach access which made it nice to not have to drive down the road to find a spot. "

"Unit was clean and had a great view. Good location - close to shops, grocery and restaurants. No instructions for the Smart TV and the fireplace wasn’t working. A brief instructions sheet would have been helpful."
