Only negatives, the room wasn’t ready despite after check in time, the reception did apologise and we had a drink but was a little inconvenient, and only had one dressing gown for two of us."

The entire front desk staff went out of their way to make sure we were cared for and welcomed- every day. "Staff was friendly and helpful. Fantastic location, across the street from Trafalgar Square, waling distance to Picadilly, Chinatown, theatres. Wide cariety of restaurants and pubs within a couple of blocks. Would definitely stay there again."
