"I checked in at 3 pm our room did not have 2 beds; the room was not cleaned; so they switched my family without my knowledge to a room without any running water; the toilet was broken until I fixed it; there was no shower rod to take showers; I had to install one with my own money. The property is doing renovations but still is renting rooms with no amenities. I definitely wouldn’t recommend having any fiends or families of mines rent or inquire about the econo lodge nor the rodeway inn because it’s two(2) businesses in one. The staff is rude and very unprofessional. I would like a full refund please"
