Snowbird Activities - This program is available at Carolinian Beach Resort, Patricia Grand, and Bay Watch each winter from early January through mid-March. These activities build on the snowbird community we have each winter. Activities include card games, crafts, bingo, field trips, Waffle Wednesday meet-n-greets, and more!

DVD Rentals - Each property is equipped with one or more rental boxes. Guests enjoy free blockbuster rentals during their stay.

Bay Watch has 18 bodies of water including indoor and outdoor lazy rivers. Sandtrap Sports Bar is a guest favorite, open daily. Fishtails is a seasonal pool bar featuring fun cocktails and live entertainment during the warmest seasons. There is also a gift shop selling trinkets and forgotten items to make your trip complete.

Room was fine, amenities not so much

We loved that hard flooring throughout the room. The AC worked very well throughout the whole unit. The jacuzzi tub was a nice feature as well.

Nice location

We like Bay Watch and stay there when we come to Myrtle Beach. We’ve stayed in this unit before, a little dated and the floor could use a good mopping, but overall nice. Easy access to the beach. Plenty of parking. Nice to see they are doing some repairs and updates on the overall property.

We like Bay Watch property. This unit could use a little attention... a lot of rust on the fridge. Buttons on coffee maker unreadable. Furniture is quite dated. It's basic, but good for a cheap couple nights stay...

I loved this view, it was so gorgeous! Great space in all areas including the bedroom. Great pools and pool bar! The buildings (3) are huge and share the same lobby pools etc so it's busier than I would generally like but worth the stay.

Great spot for a quick vacation!

Space was just as described, yet still a bit larger than we were expecting! Very nice view for a relaxing, quick stay. The TV in the main area did not work and possibly could have just been poor digital reception at the time (but this didn't bother us at all!). The jetted tub/extra showering space was nice to have. The elevators were quick, and check-in at the front desk was easy. We would love to return next time we are in North Myrtle Beach. Thanks so much for hosting!!

Enjoyed our trip

We booked this place for a group of 3. The king bed was comfortable but the beds in the living room area need some updating. We did not spend too much time in the room so it wasn’t a huge problem for us. Loved having a kitchen and the view from the balcony was nice. The resort amenities were lots of fun and I was not ready to leave after our two day trip!

Never again...

This place is the dirtiest, rundown, "condo" I have ever been in. To start, we checked in after 4 P.M., the crowd standing in the non air conditioned hallway was not at all happy to be there to say the least. Elevators broken, leaving everyone to wait for the working ones and cramming as many in as possible. Very sickening tbh. The bedding from other rooms was strewn about outside the rooms on our floor, our next clue about the building. upon entering the room, we were greeted by a strong smell of ammonia, the floors were "greasy" is the only word I can come up with to describe them... a quick swipe with a paper towel showed they had not been cleaned at all. Pieces of cabinet doors and kick boards falling off, A/C was off and could not be turned on. What looked like black possibly mold on the ceiling, the couch in the front room was damp to the touch. Food debris on the side of the refrigerator that wouldn't come off with a wet paper towel. We really wanted to like this place, but in the end decided it did not feel safe or nearly clean enough to risk staying there even one night. Yes, it is a "budget" condo, but a certain standard of living is to be expected no matter the cost. The pictures are misleading as to the condition, we will never use this company again. Not to mention, they were quick to refund 3 of the 4 days on the spot, but insisted we had to pay for the first night, even though we did not stay...VACASA also changed the dates here in vrbo to reflect that.. did. Ot know a third party could do that...but they did.

Room was pleasant, but things were broken

The room was nice and clean upon arrival. It was small, but all that our family of 5 needed for the week. Our only complaint is the phones didn't work, so we couldn't use them to call the front desk, the doors to the bedrooms had broken doorknobs, which caused quite the fright the first night there. Our kids couldn't get out of their sleeping area, and we couldn't get to them, because both interior doors were broken. Hopefully this gets fixed before someone else stays there, maintenance was notified of the issue. We also had problems with getting 5 towels sent to the room. They acted like these were a hot commodity... glad we brought some of our own. They stated that they were not servicing the room due to COVID... well, you should have a broom or dust mop available for guests so that they can sweep the perpetual sand off the floor, and the crumbs from food. I would have requested them to come and clean the floor, but the phone didn't work most of the week and I wasn't given a number for the front desk until Thursday evening... we left Saturday morning. Anyway, despite all of that, the staff was courteous, just a little unresponsive. We had a good time. The pools are great and cleaned daily, and there are 4 entry points to the beach. I would stay there again.
