Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished, 2 bedroom/2 bath condo. The spacious living room is furnished with a sectional couch, rocker recliner, an entertainment center for your enjoyment. The kitchen is equipped with a stove and a full refrigerator, dishwasher, drip coffee pot, keurig and all kitchen cookware needed for your stay. We provide bed linens and bath towels. The unit is a short walk to the pool, where you will find 2 charcoal BBQ pits. The property is just minutes away from all of best attractions restaurant row, Duplin Winery (highly recommend if you're a wine lover), Alabama theater, House of Blues, Lulu's at Barefoot Landing, are just a few of the nearby attractions. Minutes from Barefoot Landing, where there are many shops and restaurants to dine in Joe's Bar and grill, Flying Fish, Crooked Hammock Brewery, Taco Mundo, Wild Wing Cafe, River City Grill. Dick's Last Resort and more. A 15-minute ride to the Top Golf, Go-cart Speed park (arcade and go-carting), Broadway at the Beach, and Myrtle Waves waterpark. Just 2 miles from the beach, leave your car at the unit. From March to Sept enjoy a complimentary air-conditioned shuttle to the beach. Schedule is posted in the unit. Your beach items are welcomed aboard. Shuttle stop is a short walk from the unit. For the golf enthusiasts, choose from 4 world class golf courses, Dye, Love, Fazio and Norman course. All very scenic and challenging. GPS equipped golf carts make your play more enjoyable. So much to do for all ages of the family. Due to strict HOA regulations, trailers, boats motorcycles RV's and golf carts are NOT allowed overnight parking. Monthly rates available upon request. Rentals of 30 days or more require a 90 day cancellation notice...a 25% fee of the rental rate will be imposed of less than 90 day notice. Rates subject to change.
We have 2 beach chairs and boogie boards in the master bedroom closet for your use. Also a small cooler.

Fan in the smaller bedroom does not work needs more than four towels. If you have only four people even with four people and also definitely needs to put washcloths. OK there was leftover laundry in the dryer. There was leftover in the dryer we did a load and then we put that back in the dryer so but otherwise everything was OK thank you

Fifth time’s a charm!
Fifth summer in a row (minus COVID year), as usual property is clean, well maintained, and quiet. Bert is very responsive before arriving and once there. We were able to add a last-minute extra night and Bert was great to work with. See ya next year!

We spent a month enjoying the view backing onto the golf course. This unit was well stocked with all amenities and very comfortable. The front parking lot/ sidewalks were very well lit and great for taking our dog out at night or early morning. Bert, our host responded very quickly to any questions we had. We enjoyed golfing, dining, shopping, the beach and relaxing at this location.

It was a brief stay, but we enjoyed the condo. It was clean and nicely decorated. Super stocked kitchen, but did not have time to cook. King mattress was super comfy. Communication with owner was great.

Wonderful Vacation
We loved the property. It was just as the listing said it would be. Bert, the property manager was great to work with. The Keurig was not working and he replaced it right away. The unit was clean and very well equipped. We loved that it is a first floor unit, no stairs! We will definitely stay here again.

Summer Vacation
This is our 3rd year to stay in this condo. We can bring our dogs with us and we have the convenience of being on the first floor. This year we were pleasantly surprised to see the upgrades made to the unit. New furniture, new stove, ceiling fan on screened porch, flooring and bathroom storage cabinet. We will definitely be back. Can’t wait until our trip next year.

Nice Quiet Beach Getaway.

Nice place to stay
Easy to check in and out of. The location wasn't quite what I thought but that's was probably my fault. I thought it would be a closer walk to the beach. Pool was nice. Had to clean a little, mainly the microwave and shower upon arrival. Overall nice place to stay, everyone was very friendly and the location felt safe. Good location to get to Broadway on the beach and Murrell's inlet.
