Guests have full access to the entire home during their stay. This includes all three bedrooms, both bathrooms, the living room, dining area, and the fully equipped kitchen. The home is single level with no stairs, making access easy for all guests.
Guests may use the washer and dryer, the big-screen Smart TV in the living room, and all Smart TVs in the bedrooms. High-speed WiFi is included throughout the home.
The driveway is available for guest parking and can accommodate up to four vehicles. Beach access is only a short walk from the property, making it easy to enjoy the shoreline at any time.

Rental Agreement: Must be completed within 1 hour of booking. Includes a $35 non-refundable damage waiver covering accidental damage up to $1,000.

Occupancy
Only the 8 or less guests registered on the reservation are permitted to stay overnight. Day visitors are allowed but must leave by quiet hours.
Parties and Events
Parties, events, or loud gatherings are not permitted. This is a quiet residential neighborhood and city enforcement is strict.
Neighborhood Respect
Please be mindful of neighbors at all times. Keep noise low when entering or leaving the home, especially early in the morning or late at night.
Security
Lock all doors when leaving the home. Do not share the door code with anyone who is not on the reservation.
Parking Guidelines
Park only in the designated driveway area. Do not park in grass, block the street, or use neighboring driveways.
Furniture
Do not move indoor or outdoor furniture without approval. Please do not sit on furniture with wet bathing suits or apply sunscreen while on furniture.
Sand Control
Rinse sand off outside before entering the home. Excess sand causes clogs and damage to floors and appliances.
Grill Use
There is no grill provided and no grill should be use on the premises.
Damage Reporting
Report any accidental damage as soon as possible. Early notification helps prevent larger issues and ensures a quick resolution.
Lost and Found
Left-behind items will NOT be mailed at the guest’s request. Items over $500 will be shipped at a cost of $100 in addition to the shipping cost.
Pet Rules
No Pets allowed on the premises and we do align with he ADA with regard to Service Animals
Cleaning Expectations
Excessive messes that require extra cleaning beyond normal use may result in additional cleaning fees. Please help maintain the home for the next guest.
