    Spectacular 2 Bedroom / 2 Bathroom Oceanfront Condo with Breathe Taking Views in the Jasmine Building of North Beach Towers. Short Walkway to Several Pools and the Beach / Ocean. The Hampton floor plan features 9' ceilings, granite counter-tops, stainless steel appliances, Master Bath with tub and shower, and an Expansive Balcony. Decorated to Make You Feel at Home as Soon as You Arrive.
    The Kitchen is Fully Loaded just Like Our Personal Home. Lighting is All Upgraded.
    The Balcony is Large, Furnished & Amazing.

    Plenty of Free Parking (parking pass required, we provide) in Bldg Next Door to Our Home. We are located in the Jasmine Tower & Parking Garage Right Next Door in Indigo Tower.

    During our busy season our weekly rentals, check in on Saturday or Sunday at 3:00 pm until the following Saturday or Sunday and check out will be at 10:00 am.
    Please reserve early, we book up very quickly for the Spring, Summer and Fall months.

    Other times of the year we will consider less than a weekly rental with a 3 night minimum (we do have a cleaning fee).
    We do have weekly/monthly rates available in the off season.

A phenomenal and responsive host with an immaculately clean and well kept condo with several wonderful amenities. Seamless and guest friendly check-in procedures. We loved everything about it the unit especially the very large oceanfront balcony! Close to many restaurants and stores with food and drink on property as well! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This was one of the best room stays we have had. The whole place was perfectly clean and updated. Great location. John was very helpful throughout our stay and very responsive. We certainly plan to stay there again.

Spring Break

We had a wonderful stay at this resort! The view was amazing from the home. The accommodations on site were wonderful from lounging in the lazy river to getting a drink from the pool bar. The host was wonderful where they checked in on us during our stayAnd after our stay.

Great condo

Very nice condo decorated well and very clean. Beds and mattress where very comfortable. Great view of ocean and pools. Would definitely stay again.

North Beach Plantation Tower Condo Today and tomorrow

Beautiful condo, well equipped, and very tastefully decorated. Perfect location, amazing amenities, and the owner was extremely attentive and gracious. It would be tough to find something much better.

Perfect resort!

We had such an amazing time! Great pools, beachfront, and a comfortable and spacious condo! The communication with our host was amazing, didn’t have to reach out often, but when we did they answered right away! We cannot wait to book next summer!

Couldn’t ask for more!

Everything was wonderful! The owner communicated and accurately described everything perfectly. The condo was beautifully decorated and very clean. We highly recommend to our friends or family and would absolutely stay again! Lovely place and super fun!

Everything about the room was wonderful and beautiful, however the parking situation, amount of room keys, and navigation of the resort was slightly inconvenient. The area itself was beautiful and the experience overall was delightful!

Love this place!

Beautiful condo, took our breath away when we walked in and saw the ocean view and was much bigger and spacious than we expected. Communication with the owner was wonderful and quick as well. Highly recommend, you can’t go wrong here!

I cannot say enough for walking into a truly clean condo - this place was spotless and beautifully kept. It made us feel right at home! The condo is as pictured and was plenty of space for our family of 5. The owners made the check-in process very easy and the communication throughout our entire stay was fantastic. It’s worth mentioning that the parking lot for baggage drop off is TIGHT for a larger vehicle and the parking garage has a max height of 6’8 but there was always plenty of staff on site to help if needed. The resort as a whole is large and it took us a day to get our bearings and figure out the easiest ways to navigate but once we did, it was seamless. We spent very little time at the pools, as the weather was perfect for the beach. There is security at the entrances to the pool areas checking wrist brands and you are not permitted to walk through the pool section with beach chairs but the walk ‘around’ to the beach access ramp is not difficult. We loved the free shuttle service to Barefoot Landing and made great use of this, very convenient! The only negatives … the poolside area had a DJ each day and the music was usually pretty loud making the balcony a little less relaxing. The resort setup is also such that when you’re on the balcony, you’re in full view of anyone on the opposing towers balcony which felt a little intrusive. Ultimately, we had a WONDERFUL stay and would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Experience

This condo is more gorgeous than pictures can show! We came with our and 5 & 6 year olds and enjoyed the ease of having everything we needed ready for arrival. The condo was cleaned immaculately, kitchenware and towels were like new, and the washer and dryer were in excellent condition. The whole resort is beautiful with many amenities. The view off the balcony was top notch. TV’s and heating/cooling systems easy to use. Communication with the hosts was easy and they checked in before and during the trip to make sure everything was going well. Staff at the resort were friendly and we enjoyed meeting other travelers around the pool area. We’ve stayed in many condo rentals and this experience was perfect and seamless.

Wonderful Christmas/New years vacation at the beach

My family booked this unit for Christmas/ New Years getaway. We were also at MB for my sons football tournament that was held at Doug Shaw stadium. Everything in the unit was what described, plenty of room and space for my family. Since we stayed here for a week we bought food to cook to save money from eating out. They have everything you need plus air fryer! This helped me a lot to cook fast meals when we came back from practice or late night when we’re hungry again and don’t want to leave the hotel. The W&D was very convenient to re wash our clothes or towels we needed. We didn’t go to the pool but we did spend time out on the beach and it was beautiful. The host kept in touch with us in the beginning and towards the end. Check in was very easy and everything in the hotel was easy to get to. We will definitely try to come back but during the summer to enjoy all the amenities this hotel has to offer. Thank you again!!

No need to stay anywhere else

Definitely will be our go to place in North Myrtle Beach moving forward! As a current Realtor and former operations manager in hotels I can say that Jaohn & Terri have all bases covered. The condo is well maintained and has any amenity you can think of. The resort has plenty of pools and great beach access. Every employee I ran into spoke politely and seemed to enjoy their jobs.
