  • This welcoming, large 1200 Sq ft. newly renovated 2-bedroom 2-bathroom condo in the quaint Cherry Grove area of North Myrtle Beach is just 1 block from the beach and features 2 private balconies with spectacular views.

    This newly renovated, large 3rd floor 2BR, 2BA walk-up condo features a warm décor including a new, nicely appointed living room and a 70”Smart HDTV, new washer and dryer, queen sleeper sofa with gel foam mattress, and new wall mounted smart TV in both bedrooms. The master has a queen been bed, private bathroom and direct access to a deck. The second bedroom has 2 twins and also has direct bathroom access. The back deck overlooks the marsh and has an ocean view. The front deck has a Cherry Grove and also has an ocean view. The new renovation includes a new stove, ceiling fans, TV’s, living room furniture and water fixtures. It is just 1 block to the beach and a great quiet place for your vacation or quick get-away! Garage is under the building and has a 6’8” clearance. No golf carts, motorcycles permitted on grounds per HOA.
