Please note we routinely spray the property for bugs and insects. However, if you do come across any little critters, please keep in mind that South Carolina is a sub-tropical climate. To help prevent this, please keep the doors closed.

To be considerate of our neighbors and to ensure the safety of our guests, we employ Minut noise monitoring (decibel monitor) in the living room common area and a Ring camera (monitoring outdoors only), as no parties or unregistered guests are allowed at Atlantic Attitude. The Minut noise monitor only tracks decibel levels in the living room common area. The motion-activated Ring camera is placed on the exterior of the home.

You will also be asked to sign a liability waiver after your booking is confirmed. If the waiver is unsigned before check-in, the reservation will act as confirmation and acceptance of the liability waiver.
