Room was clean, All staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Just wish my coffee maker worked and my ironing board was not bent. But I am sure if I called about it they would have taken care of it for us. We would definitely recommend people to stay there. We plan on returning.

We loved our second time at the Avista. The condo, amenities and especially our favourite staff member Coach. We also want to thank Bryan for going above and beyond to store our luggage and the girl working the restaurant the evening of 26/08/26 for giving us sugar packets as we ran out on our last night.

Location was great. We don’t really use any pools so cannot speak on that. I paid for a room with a jacuzzi tub but the jets didn’t work and the water pressure in the shower was very low and took forever for the water to get hot. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was very comfortable and the partial ocean view was more than adequate.

Perfect apart from a few bad refurbishments in the bathroom. Whoever did the referb job is an idiot. Other than that, the room was great, staff was great and the property is great. You do have to park across the street as well. Great resort 5/5! Best I've been to on the Grand Strand so far.
