We are located on the 14th floor in this Oceanfront Condo at the highly requested Ocean Bay Club, walking distance to the sights, sounds and fun on Main Street in North Myrtle Beach. New granite counter tops in Kitchen and Baths Jan 2024.
We will have Chairs and Umbrella(with Mikes Spike) available in the owners storage room for your use.

PARKING LEVELS 1-6: The height restriction for vehicles entering is 6 feet, 8 inches.
No guest motorcycles or golf carts are allowed on property.
This condo is beautifully furnished with flat screen TVs, free wireless internet, a Jacuzzi tub in the master bath and a huge oceanfront private balcony. The master and second bedroom each have king beds, the third bedroom has a queen bed and the fourth bedroom has two twin beds. Luxury Vinyl floors are throughout the condo. For your convenience and vacation enjoyment, all details are covered for you - linens and towels are INCLUDED in our rates and your beds will be made for your arrival. True rent by owner, so no management fees. Sofa bed is available with sheets and pillows in closet if desired. Snowbird Rates for if full month is available. Also excellent Fall and Spring rates for that last minute getaway.

The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed. We had great weather and mostly gentle waves. Everyone had a great time. Pat is very responsive to concerns and this was our 3rd trip to this condo. The only downside is that one elevator was not operating ( out of 4)

Wonderful Vacation Get-A-Way!

Spacious, clean, all the amenities you could want. Great view of the beach. Several shops and places to eat within walking distance. Walmart and Kroger a 5-minute drive. Great place for us, our kids, and grandkids to stay. Highly recommend staying there! You’ll enjoy it!

Great condo….tons of space

There were 6 in our group and it was so nice that we all had a room so plenty of privacy! I like a great view so 14th floor right on the beach was perfect for me. North Myrtle is my favorite and it was so centrally located to everything we needed. Would definitely recommend

Amazing house!!

This place was perfect for my family. Our first vacay with adult children and grandbaby! The clean place included a kitchen that had plenty of dishes,pots etc, (we only ate out one time).. the view was spectacular, the walk to the beach short...the lazy river was a hit as well. We will definitely stay here again! Would recommend to friends and family! Thanks for opening your home!

Spacious Beach Condo Get-Away

We had a wonderful time at the condo! 4 spacious BRs (2 with ensuite bathrooms) and a sofa-bed gave all 10 of us PLENTY of room to spread out and enjoy our time away from home. The view overlooking Myrtle Beach couldn't have been better. The "skinny" parking spaces were a bit difficult to navigate, but it worked out.

Girls Trip

Had a wonderful stay for a girls trip (6 of us total). The property was as pictured and very clean. Pat was great to work with and very accommodating. Property was conveniently located to Greg Rowles theatre which is where we were going each day. Lots of shops within walking distance. Plenty of carts for getting luggage to the rooms. Large spacious balcony that I really enjoyed sitting on. Master bedroom was nice and spacious. I prefer a softer mattress but that’s my personal preference. Had a great stay and would recommend!

We had an enjoyable stay at your condo. The place was bigger than I thought. Pat resolved a small issue that we had as soon as I told him about it. Main st entertainment was a fun time. Overall it was money well spent on a great week at the beach!

Love the condo! Only thing I would suggest is cushions for the balcony chairs. A little rough o. The back and bottom. But other wise great place!! Owners communicate and call at check in and very nice!

Girlfriends Beach Week

Space is fabulous. Able to park four vehicles. Can't beat the location, just a block from Main Street in Ocean Drive, very walkable. Communication with the owner was superb. Availability of beach chairs and umbrellas excellent although we brought our own umbrellas, the fact that they are available is very appealing. Full size washer/dryer in unit a very nice plus.

College Friends

It was the perfect spot for college friends to re-connect! Easy airport access and driving but loved the walking access to restaurants, night spots and the beach! We love keypad check-in and having the beds made after flight delays was such a luxury!! Hope to return next year!

Sisters trip with a couple 15 year olds

We loved the location, Pat (owner) all the nice people we met in the elevators, all the workers from night time security guys to day time maintenance guys! Thank you! My sister and I had many many laughs and entertained ourselves by taking the advice of locals as to where to eat and hang out for some entertainment. Just a super fun time! If you are there, be sure to give Pat a shout and you’ll be glad you met him. He was attentive to any need. All five stars except for cleanliness and that is NOT due to it being dirty, just a deep clean needed such as fans, pictures, etc. Everything in working order and convienence a 5. Thank you for a great experience for a couple sisters that needed a get away!

Quiet and nice surroundings

We enjoyed our stay. The complex is quiet and in a great location. We are a group who go to the beach every year, although we typically have a larger group, so it was nice to downsize a bit this year. The bedrooms are nice, the bathrooms are adequate. The kitchen is well stocked.Our only issue was the cleaning before we arrrived. Nothing was swept under the furniture so as I was standing at the bed folding clothes, my feet inched under the bed and came out covered in sand. The living room furniture had things under them, like easter egg pieces. The master bathroom also had several small hairs in it, as did the tub jets. This might be something to address for future guests. We worked around it and swept up and wiped down what we could.Overall though, our stay was positive and I would go again.
