Beautiful, spacious oceanfront condo, great Grand Strand views. Updated 2023!

15th Floor End Unit with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. Great views from the balcony and dining room bay window. New flat screen TVs in living area and bedrooms. Updates for this year include a new sectional in the living area to seat 10 or more in the living room comfortably. Changed the layout in the 4th bedroom from 2 double beds to 2 queens and 2 twin bunks. Three dressers were added to this room to allow for plenty of storage space for up to 6 kids. Great reviews from renters on this change for a kids room and eliminating the uncomfortable queen pullout in the living area. Sleeping is still for 12 people without having to use the living room couch. This condo is located in the popular Windy Hills area of North Myrtle Beach. The condo has all amenities for your vacation enjoyment. A broad beach, oceanfront pool, children's pool, lazy river and fitness center are on site. Big Green Eggs are available for your grilling needs (please use the proper charcoal).
Multiple elevators to reduce wait time, full size washer and dryer within the condo. We purchased this condo in November 2015 and continue to update. Updates include, new kitchen cabinets, granite countertops and back splash in the kitchen, new large flat screens in living area and bedrooms, fresh paint, restocking the kitchen annually, stainless steel appliances and furniture on the balcony. We have owned a number of condo’s in North Myrtle Beach, and this remains our favorite.
We also allow our renters to use the beach chairs, toys and unbrellas located in the owners closet outside the condo. Weekly rentals run SATURDAY-SATURDAY. THIS IS A NON-SMOKING BUILDING BALCONIES INCLUDED.

The condo was the appropriate size for our family, needing 4 bedrooms and adequate seating in the living room and dining areas! With easy access getting in the room and storage area, nice not to need a key with so many coming and going to the condo! Really appreciated that the kitchen was fully stocked! We enjoyed our stay!

Stan's place was the best.Exactly as described on line. Clean, spacious, up-dated and super well stocked. Even provided beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards! Views were beautiful, as was the beach and water. Pool and lazy river were great! I will be back!!

I had a great week with my 2 sisters and we loved the condo. It was chilly in the afternoon/evening sitting on the shaded balcony but later in the season, that would be a welcome relief. And you can't beat the view!

I highly recommend this property! The photos almost do the condo justice. The balcony is actually more spacious than the photos show. The kitchen is better stocked than anywhere I have ever stayed. We had 6 adults and 1 child and were all very comfortable together in the living room. My daughters kept commenting on what a great unit it was that it was so very comfortable for all of us. The owners were very responsive and helpful. Their storage closet with chairs and toys was great.

Lovely 4br condo on the beautiful North Myrtle beach SC. Great views. Wonderful family-oriented resort. Clean, comfortable, fully furnished. Centrally located with lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Spending a week with family made it extra special and the weather was perfect. Great stay! Very clean. Kitchen had everything and then some. Really like that there were books, binoculars, beach chairs, boogie boards and toys for the kids. View was amazing! Highly recommend. Loved it!

Beautiful condo with ample sleeping arrangements for entire family. Kitchen has an abundance of everything and having a washer and dryer was a huge plus. The view was awesome and my grandkids loved the pool and lazy river. Mr. Pritchard was gracious and our family really enjoyed our stay.

My wife and I brought our daughter, son in law, and our 2 adorable grandkids and we had a blast. The Pritchards condo 1506 was the nicest one we have ever stayed in while on vacation in North Myrtle Beach. The views from each room are magnificent. The condo is decorated beautifully and is well stocked with kitchen supplies and beach toys and chairs. We would definitely stay there again.
