This charming waterfront property features three spacious bedrooms—one king, two queens, and two twins—making it perfect for families or groups of friends. With two full bathrooms, including bathtubs, and a cozy, updated living room with a queen sofa bed, there’s plenty of space for everyone to relax. Centrally located in Cherry Grove, just a short walk to the beach. House has private dock to park watercraft. Linens included Start your mornings with coffee on the back porches overlooking the serene waterway, or try your luck fishing from the private dock. A dry dock is available for easy kayak launching, and we provide kayaks for you to explore the channel. The backyard is a fantastic spot to enjoy nature, where you may spot herons, egrets, pelicans, and other native waterfowl. There’s plenty of parking and a spacious grassy yard, so the whole family—including your furry friends—can enjoy the beautiful weather. For beachgoers, we provide a variety of accessories, including beach chairs, sand mats, body boards, a skim board, and beach toys and games. The beach access is just a short walk down the street, and after a fun day in the sun, rinse off in the convenient outdoor shower. Indoors, stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi or challenge your friends on the PlayStation 4. Browse through our collection of books or gather for a friendly game night with our selection of board games. The home is equipped with AC/heat, streaming devices, and a washer/dryer for your convenience.
