We have new flooring and updated our kitchen December 2021! Come enjoy our new look.

The condo is located on the first floor (not ground floor) of Crescent Sands in Crescent Beach, North Myrtle Beach. The master bedroom and living room are oceanfront with access to the balcony. The condo has a full kitchen and washer and dryer. The condo has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Each bedroom has a TV.

The property has an outdoor oceanfront pool, grills and picnic tables. The pool is open Easter to Oct 31 each year.

Quiet area of North Myrtle

This condo has a great view of the beach. The complex has charcoal grills under a nice pergola. The complex is small so the beach isn't crowded. The pool is nice as well. The kitchen is well stocked with pots/pans and dishes for cooking and making meals in the condo. The only minor downsides were that the balcony was a little crowded with the amount of furniture and the washer/dryer can only handle very small loads and take a while to dry, but still a nice convenience to have.
