Corner Unit - Wrap-around Ocean Views - Shoreham II 5A

Shoreham Towers II is one of the most exclusive, unique oceanfront buildings in North Myrtle Beach. Few homeowners rent, so the beachfront is not crowded like at the large resorts. Our 1650 square foot corner unit features ceiling-to-floor, wrap-around windows and balconies off every room. The views up and down the coastline are spectacular! We take great care and pleasure in maintaining and updating our five homes - Shoreham Towers I (VRBO 114270) and Shoreham Towers II (VRBO 116213, 116219, 87388, 223696)

We do not use an agency. Owner, Margaret Williams, would like to speak with all first time renters after the unit is booked and VRBO provides personal information. Cleanliness is a top priority.

This unit is beautifully furnished and equipped with many comforts and amenities of home. Furniture is kept in good condition, mattresses are top-quality, and cleanliness is absolutely essential! We provide departure cleaning and linens. Sleeping accommodations are king in master, queen in second, twins in third.

Home has four televisions, DVD, and Wi-Fi high speed internet access. There is ample on-site parking and a secured lobby. Garbage chutes are on every floor. Grilling, picnic area, and bathrooms are poolside. Also on beach level is a private storage unit with beach chairs, boogie boards and sand toys (supply varies due to the elements).

Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday. We are a NON-SMOKING condominium, and this policy applies to the balcony area as well. For security purposes we have a Ring camera at the front door. There are no cameras inside the unit. No pets, no motorcycles allowed on property. Only adults over 25 and families.

Best Condos on the Beach!

We love these condos- they are the best on the beach! Super clean and always comfortable stay with lots of great views. Owner (Margaret) is great to work with if there are any issues. Look forward to vacationing again next year in one of the Williams' condos!

Relaxing and pleasant

Exceptional in all ways. Condo exceeded expectations and communication with Mrs. Williams were excellent. Close to Bare Foot Landing and short ride to Broadway. A short walk to local Pub and ice cream store. Having a beach storage unit a great plus. Very clean and great decor. Views from balconies were great.

The perfect get away!

My adult children and I came to Myrtle Beach to rest and unwind from a long and grueling Buffalo winter. Our trip could not have been better - the condo is beautiful and has all of the amenities that we needed. The patio - perfection! Ideal for watching the sunrise every morning. Our weather in April was sunny and warm every day. I LOVED our stay and am trying to figure out when I can go back!! I would highly recommend this beautiful space, go and enjoy yourselves!

Great condo and beach!

This condo is so nice very clean and updated.Lots of nice extras to help your stay like dish soap paper products coffee and filters.The host reached out to make sure we had everything we needed and was available for us if needed.The beach is so quiet and very clean the pool was also clean . I hope to stay again in the future.

Beautiful clean Condo

Condo was super clean and well stocked in kitchen and bathrooms. By far one of the best condo my family and I have stayed in and that says a lot we have been going to N.Myrtle for 25 yrs. Unfortunately we were there during the storm Debby, but we made the most of it and had fun. Margaret was amazing checking in with us and asking if we needed anything, she is awesome!

The two things that initially drew me to this property - the view, and the comments/ratings of the property - were just as advertised. Upon booking this property, Margaret reached out to make us aware of events going on while we were there since it was our first trip to N Myrtle. What a great condo!!!

Everything we needed and more was provided. Communications with the owner was fabulous, couldn't have been better. We have been coming to Myrtle Beach for over 20 years, staying at different condos for various reasons and this. by far, was the nicest one we have stayed at. When we walked in the door, I just said "WOW!!" I would recommend any of the William's condos. Margaret is easy to talk to and the information was spot on.

Great rental

The condo is very nice. Very clean, very spacious. We will definately rent this unit again. Right on the beach located close to everything. Easy beach access and nice pool. The unit even supplied some beach chairs, umbrella, and other beach gear. The unit has plenty of pots and pans unlike other places we stayed at, in fact most was high end stuff. Dish soaps and scrubbers all new for us to use, even laundry soap was there. Linnens included. Beds all very nice. High end rental. They even called us to let us know we could get in the unit early. Very impressed with the owner. Many thanks to a great week and look forward to our next stay here.

beach vacation

It was very clean, and private. Plenty of room. It was a little confusing finding the key when we first got there. Another couple who just arrived also helped us, and Margret returned my call immediately to help us. Garbage/recycle was not clear. From the way the sign reads, only food garbage goes in the shoot, everything else goes across the street to the dumpster, or hopefully that is where we were suppose to take it. Just little things. We would come back for sure. Beautiful Condo, and views. Store was close, for your groceries.

2 days rain but we were located right on the beach so we can watch the waves which was very relaxing. The rest of week was beautiful. The condo was clean and well supplied and exactly as presented on the site. Would definitely recommend staying here

Beach Trip

We had a great time, our only complaint is working the TV’s. We have stayed there 2 times and both times we all had problems watching television. Just turning them on was a nightmare. I’m not blaming Margaret for this, I think it’s spectrum cable and Visio TV?

Great place to stay!

One of the best Places I had stayed in. Beautifully decorated. Owner thought of everything. Lots of windows, making for awesome views. Even saw Dolphins out in the ocean. Would highly recommend this place to put on your bucket list!!

Fall Getaway

This property is fantastic and Margret is awesome! We enjoyed our stay here. Everything you need for a great getaway. Comfortable beds, well kept condo that has everything you will need for your stay. View’s you will love right out on the balcony. The beach at your doorstep with beach chairs available for your use in the sand room lock-up. We will come back here again for sure!

The pictures don’t do the size of the condo justice. We were surprised at how big it was. There was 6 of us, 2 adults and 4 kids. We didn’t feel like we were on top of each other like we have at past places. The location was great. The beach was not too crowded. The condo itself had everything we needed and more in the kitchen. There’s a full size washer and dryer in the unit which was a bonus. Margaret was great with communication! The only “complaint” from me and it really isn’t even a complaint was that there wasn’t any other kids there and a lot of middle aged people and so when we were at the pool and the older people were there, I felt like I was ruining their quiet time because my kids were loud and playing. It may have just been the week we were there too. Maybe different weeks there will be other kids. I just kind of felt like mine were being annoying to others. Overall though, it was a fantastic week and I highly recommend staying here!
