Guest Access:
Guests will have access to all property amenities including pool, sun deck, free parking (covered!), free Wi-Fi, and more. Sheets and towels included for all stays and washer and dryer inside our home!
**Important to know**
* We have a minimum renter age of 25 and guest 25 or older must be residing during the entire stay.
*This is a non-smoking condo.
*No pets allowed.
* Check-in is 4:00pm, Check-out is 10:00am. No exceptions.
*This unit is located on the 3rd floor, with elevator access.
*Indoor pools are open year round, unless unscheduled maintenance is needed.
*There is limited first come, first serve space for vehicles over 6'8.
*Check in information will be sent 3 days before check in
*No motorcycles, golf carts, or trailers are allowed at this property per the HOA.
*Washer/Dryer in unit.
*Daily housekeeping unavailable.
*Starter bag with one role of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, and dish-soap provided.
*Two parking passes provided in unit. No additional passes will be provided.
*Keurig and drip coffee maker provided in unit.
*Rentals one month or longer will require a monthly walkthrough by management staff.
Policies:
-For payments made directly to Carolina Palm Vacations: Names must match on reservation, payment method, and photo ID. If the name on your reservation is not the same as the card holder, reservations will be subject to cancelation.
-Photo IDs are required for all reservations across all platforms.
-Weather Policy: For any stays during the summer and fall, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Refunds and reschedules are only issued in the event of a mandatory city-wide evacuation, or if the property becomes uninhabitable due to prolonged power outage or flood.
-Pool disclaimer: In the event of unscheduled maintenance or changing HOA procedures Carolina Palm Vacations does not guarantee pool use during a stay. We will do everything in our power to give notification in advance about any closure.

Family friendly Main Street is just 5 minutes down Ocean Boulevard and is the perfect place to spend many an afternoon and evening. From ice cream shops to carnival rides in season to live music, there is something for everyone. Cool off with a cold drink and enjoy some local seafood, this part of North Myrtle Beach has it all! Even better, other area attractions such as all-new Barefoot Landing and the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and Broadway to the Beach are all just a few minutes to the south!

Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is 10:00 a.m. No early check-in or late check-out. Consider adding an extra night to your stay if needed.
1. Minimum renter age 25. Guest age 25 or older must be staying on property at all times.
2. No smoking. Guests must pick up any cigarette butts if smoking outdoors.
3. If departure procedures are not followed, additional charges will apply.
4. If there is damage to the linens or the property, additional charges will apply.
5. $150 Inconvenience fee if property is still occupied (after 10 a.m. on check-out day) when housekeepers arrive.
6. Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the free cancellation window.
