This condo sits on the ground floor of Cypress Bend, a lovely community within the 2,300-acre Barefoot Resort. Enjoy next-door access to the pool at Cypress Bend as well as access to the pool at the North Tower, a hot tub at the North Tower, tennis and basketball courts, and grilling areas, in addition to four world-class golf courses designed by Greg Norman, Pete Dye, Davis Love, and Tom Fazio. Hop on the free beach shuttle in the summer months and find great shopping, dining, and entertainment at Barefoot Landing just across the Intracoastal Waterway (two miles).

The bright and airy interior comes well-appointed and thoughtfully furnished for home comfort. The spacious living room boasts comfortable seating and a large TV, while the well-equipped full kitchen offers a pleasant space to prepare home-cooked meals or snacks.

The screened patio overlooking one of the on-site water features is a perfect spot to sip coffee or cocktails.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
