Perfect for family gatherings since two of the bedrooms have king size beds - (which is hard to find). Clean and roomy. Nice amenities. Would love to see the bedspreads and blankets updated as they are way old and out of style- look icky- but that didn't bother us as they were clean- we just took them off and folded them into the closets. Wonderful property and definitely recommend it.

The views inside and out are stunning and I'm so glad we chose this corner unit for thoe floor-to-ceiling windows! The condo was spotless and really nicely decorated. Full-sized appliances in the kitchen, and very comfortable beds and furniture. Roomy bedrooms, great bathrooms. It's in a nice building and the public areas are really clean and well-taken care of. Parking is under the building which was convenient.

We came here with 6 adults, 2 kids and a 4 month old. It was the perfect place for us. Easy access to the beach, great pool options (we especially liked that some of the pool area was shaded!), close to stores & restaurants and good parking in the garage. The condo was really nice and nothing can beat those gorgeous view. Working with Carolina Realty was also very easy & communication was great. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks so much!!

The property was very nice, clean and spacious! Check in was easy. We called the front desk about where to take garbage. They said to just leave the bag in the hall. Very simple but the hallways smelled like garbage. I would suggest the property use another method! Our family had a great time!

We particularly enjoyed having our coffee while looking a the beach from the floor to ceiling windows. The unit is very private in that my husband and I were at one end with a private ensuite and my sister was at the other end with her private ensuite. It could not have been better. We just loved it here and can't wait to go back.

Great rental! Wife and I, two daughters, two son-in-laws with plenty I room for all. Usually pictures in adverts are fisheye to make rooms look big, but this place is huge. Nice pool with lots of loungers. Easy beach access. Awesome balcony view. Parking garage is tight. If you aren't good at parking, beware. There is some parking across street. I would not let that detract from a good rating, we would definitely have no problem renting here again.😊

What a great vacation! The pictures do not do this condo justice....the views are fantastic! There were 6 adults in our party and we had plenty of room to spread out. When it was to windy or raining, it was so nice to have such a great view to watch the storm rolling by & the waves crashing to the shore. Besides, the view, the condo has EVERYTHING you could possibly need. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes/utensils/blender/coffee makers/hand mixer/bakeware...etc! Plenty of towels & bonus to have washer/dryer available for use. Communication with Pam was excellent...we had no issues with our stay and hated to leave. Cannot wait to go back!!!

Both parties were so easy to work with and went above and beyond to accommodate us. The floor-to-ceiling windows have an amazing view of the beach! There are plenty of seats for everyone within the unit and everything is kept very clean. You can tell the owners really love their vacation condo and treat it like their home. The only issue we came across was one of the toilet tanks was leaking, but management brought a plumber in quickly to fix the issue. We had a great vacation and miss being there already. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for such a wonderful family vacation memory!

We rent the place for 3 nights and there were issues as soon as we arrived. Cons: - the place was not cleaned the first night we arrived, mess everywhere, dirty floor and linen were not replaced in any rooms - since it is after 5pm, we followed the instruction to contact the cleaning service but no answers or voice mail with 10+ calls - we contacted Carolina Resort who said someone will contact me back in 20 mins and they will get someone out ASAP; however, I had to call back 3 times every 20 mins while we were out eating dinner since no one contacted me back - after multiple calls and almost time for kids bedtime, we decided to go back; someone finally showed up and they were in the unit till almost 10pm to clean the place and we had to move our stuff around since it was in their way - second night, the hot water pipe busted on 9th floor (right below us) when we came back from dinner and the maintenance guys were in our unit until midnight to check on things and turn things off with dirty shoes (no idea why they needed to be in our unit when the busted pipe was downstair); we can't sleep all night with all the noises and with young kids, it was definitely worst - we were without running water for 12 hours, it didn't turn back on till 10am the next day - the comforters provided were rough, felt like they were bed skirts as they have edge lines that hangover the bed; we called and requested them to bring actual comforters after the first night but no one contacted us back or brought them to us so we dealed with it for 3 nights and ended up using couch blankets for the kids since they couldn't sleep with the rough comforters - only one trash bag was provided for 3 nights stay so we ended up having to buy more trash bags Pros: - the location is great - view out of the balcony and floor to ceiling windows were great (don't count on sunset or sunrise views as both were blocked by buildings in July) - kitchen is fully stocked, it got everything you need
