Beautiful property for family gathering

My family's stay at this beautiful home was awesome! The house is gorgeous and comfortable with amazing views of the ocean. The location is great as it is close to grocery stores and shopping. The owner, Sue, was always available for questions, very nice and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful - Enormous House

Stayed here with some friends for a golf trip/bachelor party and it was better than we could have imagined. The house was enormous, every room had their own bathroom and the house was right on the beach. We watched some college basketball on the theatre screen. The elevator was a bit finicky, so we didn’t really use it, but other than that, the place was absolutely perfect. Would 100% come stay again.

Great Beach House

Awesome place. Lots of seating inside and outside by the pool. Loved that every bedroom had it's own bath. Plenty of room to spread out. Love the 2 dining areas. Used one for food and the other for games.

Spectacular views and a beautiful home

We had the best time at this vacation home. The house is huge and was more than enough room for our group of 28 people. The kids had a blast in the theatre room and jacuzzi. My now husband and I had a beautiful/intimate wedding on the beach right out back. The owner of this house is a great communicator and very generous. Would definitely book again!

Girls Shopping Trip

This was our 2nd year staying here for our annual Girls Christmas Shopping Trip which we have been doing for 25 years. We always have 20-30 women going. This place is big enough for everyone to spread out and enjoy ourselves and very convenient to all our usual shopping places and restaurants that we enjoy visiting each year.

Incredible property!

The property is amazing! Beautiful views of the beach And close to everything! It was perfect for our large family of 24. There was plenty of space for all. The pool and hot tub were a hit with our kids and grandkids! The pool maintenance company was fantastic as well. We would definitely stay there again! We had a wonderful time!

The house is amazing. We had a minor problem with air conditioner which was fixed immediately. I have rented houses on several beaches for our family vacation for fourteen years. This is by far one of the best!! The owner is extremely nice and easy to work with , house was clean, pool was great and our family of 15 had a great time.

Siblings reunion

This was our second year renting the house for a siblings reunion. The house is spacious and held my 5 siblings and some of there children without a problem. The common areas allowed us to spread out without being on top of each other. The owner was very responsive and handled any problems that came up. My family looks forward to staying again year.

The AC didn’t work, up stairs was very warm couldn’t open windows, we went to grill out the grill would not heat up, The dish washer had not been cleaned out in a while we opened it it was awful the smell, we had repaire men coming to the house why we were there for our vacation, another thing is we had to pay for our sheets and towels never head of this before, it wasn’t cheap other then that beautiful spot loved it being on the beach but there is a lot along the ocean

Lovely Space perfect for Large Groups!

We had a large party of 14 adults and everyone had plenty of space to spread out - plenty of privacy and everyone was comfortable. The kitchen is great for group dinners - we invited a guest chef and this was super fun with plenty of space for 3 large courses! The pool table was fun, we could not find the foosballs for the table. We could not get the home theater to work but didn't call the host as it wasn't a big deal. The back porch was wonderful as was the 3rd floor balcony. The beds were comfortable - bring your own soft pillow if you like them soft! Overall it was a great location and a wonderful week, the host and management company were very responsive and accommodating - thanks Sue!

Great getaway at a fantastic place!

We are a group of 20+ friends that have been going to N Myrtle Beach every year this same weekend for over 25 years. But this is the best place we have stayed at yet. Plenty of room for all of us and plenty of privacy if you wanted it. We did have some problems operating the elevator since all the exterior doors have to be shut for it to operate. The house was so big, it was hard to make sure someone wasn’t opening a door on another floor and the elevator would stop between floors. We also couldn’t get the hot tub to heat up. Overall, it’s a great place to stay, close to Main Street, shopping and other fun activities. We are already planning a return trip for next year.

Family Holiday

We enjoyed our stay in this very spacious Oceanfront home. The house is large and great for a large group. The outside pool area and decks are great space to hang out. We used the theatre room and games room on colder days and it was nice to have them. We paid for linens and pool heat. Both things are quite costly but it's a lot of linen to bring and pool heat is nice in November. If you want a hot tub that is hot and this is important to you then this isn't the house for you. The hot tub heats to the temperature of the pool in our experience, 85 F. Remember to bring tea towels and kitchen cloths with you as those aren't included in the linen package.

Beautiful Home and location!

The home and location were stunning and there was more than ample room for our family of 13! The downside: We have rented vacation homes in the past and never had to worry about shopping for household supplies before the start of our vacation. Nearly as soon as we dropped our bags we noticed we were in need of toilet paper and kitchen supplies (paper towels, dishwasher pods, dish soap and trash bags). We certainly 'did not expect a well-stocked supply closet' but having the bare necessities that would get us through the first couple of days would have been thoughtful and appreciated. Instead of enjoying our initial hours of arrival soaking up the home, ocean, hot tub and sunset we were hitting the local Walmart to get the aforementioned essentials. With that said, we have no regrets in our vacation rental. We LOVED our stay.

Our fourth stay! We love the Haven!

We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect stay at this ideal home with ample space to bring everyone together. With eight beautiful bedrooms, there is more than enough space for each guest to relax in comfort. The property is not only spacious but also thoughtfully equipped with amenities needed for our gatherings. The fully stocked kitchen make cooking a breeze, and the large dining area allowed us all to sit together for our holiday feast. The living areas are cozy yet open, making it easy for everyone to gather for fun games, and late-night conversations. Being right on the beach is a dream! We enjoy morning coffee with ocean views, walks on the shore. Love the breathtaking sunrises and sunsets are beautiful. Sue is responsive and very accommodating. We had an issue with the air conditioner that was addressed immediately and resolved quickly. Check-in and check-out are effortless. We felt genuinely welcomed and at the home. This property exceeds our expectations in every way, and we’re already looking forward to coming back. If you’re looking for a place to celebrate, connect, and create memories, this is it!

Overall this is an AMAZING property! Great location and well suited for a large group. Theatre room is fantastic! Great game room, Main living area, Kitchen, Bedrooms and bathrooms are well situated to maximize Ocean front views. Kitchen is well equipped with high end Viking appliances, two full size fridges and dishwashers makes for easy dining. Great walk in pantry to keep track of food. Sue was responsive to a few items that needed attention. The only item that was not fixed was the door on the primary oven which was off and was not able to be repaired while we were renting. Thankfully a second oven is available so it was not a real concern. Also a few of the chairs in the Theatre room need attention, back left is permanently extended and one of them would not extend. This is a GREAT property that I would highly recommend for large gatherings.

Good but less than perfect

First, the property is in a great location and the house is quite nice. We had a good time but upon arrival found some cleanliness issues that we had to resolve. A toilet seat was broken that was fixed by property manager. The water for one of the master bathroom tubs was only lukewarm while shower and sinks had hot water. We worked with that as best as we could but one of the ovens did not work for practically the whole week. Property manager scheduled replacement during our time on property because they did not have it taken care of prior to our arrival. We were not informed and were inconvenienced with workers for two of the days we were there. Also, we found dirty towels under sink and other peoples clothes in the drawers. So, with some intentional attention, these issues can be corrected and 5 stars await.

Great House, NOT so much good about Property managers

The house was very good with the exception of the Theater Room, the top floor game room equipment and communication or lack of with the Host and the Real Estate Rental Company on problems we encountered. We could not get the theater room equipment to work (followed instructions) at all, had to have someone get the living room TV working. Told host and Elliott Premier Rental they sent someone the LAST day of our stay after waiting for 3 days. The game room pool cues had no tips and no caulk. The game machine had only one controller and no charger for the controller, reported this with NO response from anyone. The kids were disappointed with all of these short comings. The host always had to be asked "did you get my text/" after sending text about problems. When I called the Management company, they never answered the phone, just recorded messages and no way to leave a Voice mail. The host got them to call me once, the young man listened to my problems and then started Laughing, yes laughing. I asked him what he was laughing at, and he said, "I was Not laughing, I was giggling!". I ask him to have the Manager call me (he told me the man's name), he never called me. I would not rent this house or any house from Elliott Premier Rental in the future for all of these reasons. I feel I did not get what I paid for, and I feel that once they had my money, they did NOT care. Bottom line, Terrible Customer Service and we have been renting luxury vacation homes for over 30 years.

Beautiful home!! Just as described in the pictures. The view is amazing, location is perfect, and the house is very large. We had a group of 18, 10 teenagers and 8 adults, and there was more than enough room for everyone. The hot tub was a hit among the teens. The movie room was great too. Perfect for watching the finale of stranger things on New Years!! Location is great for going to restaurants and Barefoot Landing. The men went golfing for a day which was super close by as well. Tanger outlets is also nearby. Host was responsive and very helpful! 10/10 getaway. Thank you Sue!
