This beach house worked great for our family. This is the second time we have stayed here and hope to come back. The pool was so nice since some of the family members don't like to get in the ocean.

Costal Chic Beach House

Our family loves this beach house. We stayed here two years ago. Some of my family members don't like to get in the ocean so the pool and hot tub were great. The pier was an easy walk.

Absolutely wonderful

Very spacious house. Pool and hot tub were great! Location is great, a lot to do in close proximity! Beach is just across the street. The house has everything we needed! Definitely would stay again.

Great family trip!

We had a wonderful time with family. There was plenty of room. Everyone enjoyed the pool, hot tub and nice quiet beach with beach access directly across the street. We would definitely stay there again. Management is very helpful and responsive.

Exceptional Beach Cottage

My children, grandchildren and great grandchildren loved their stay here. The pool and hot tub was a great asset since some don’t like getting in the ocean. The home was super nice and well appointed. We had a wonderful time here. Thank you Freida B

Time Out relaxation

The property was as advertised. This house worked very well for our group. Everyone enjoyed the location of the home along with pool. Property manager was easy to get up with should you have questions and always answered quickly. I would recommend this property.

Thanksgiving Holiday Weekend

5 Stars for both the house and property manager! The house is being updated in between guests but the work around the house does not disrupt or interfere with anything. We truly enjoyed this lovely home and quick access to the beach. We will be back for sure!

Cherry Grove Beach Vacation

My family recently spent a week at this beautiful property in Cherry Grove. It is across the street from the beach and has a wonderful crows nest view from the top of the property. We loved the hot tub and heated pull. Richard (owner) was amazing with his prompt communication and timeliness on any and every need that arose. The bedrooms, living space, kitchen and laundry are all on one floor making for a very convenient stay. We loved our visit and would definitely recommend this property!

Fantastic Owners, Location and House

House is directly across from easy beach access, especially for seniors and young children. We enjoyed the firepit, swimming pool and hot tub. Happy to say the pool water was warm in October! The view from the observation deck on top of the house is stunning, especially the sunsets. The owners were extremely fast to respond questions and couldn't have been more helpful, even recommended a butcher for us. Would definitely stay here again.

GREAT VACATION RENTAL

We are checking out in the morning and wish we had a couple more days!! The house was perfect for our family of 14. The kids loved the pool. Adults loved the roof deck. Just a few steps to the beach. Beach is beautiful with lots of seashells to collect. Felt like we were on a private beach. Mr. Beck was very quick to respind to questions. We will definitely be renting again.

My family thoroughly enjoyed our time at Time Out. Your home is set up to accompany all of our needs including beds and baths. The kitchen is stocked with all kinds of cookware. The large pool was great for a family of 16, and the grands loved it. Walking to the beach was a breeze especially when the little bit of traffic stopped to let you pass. The house is set in a quieter part of town, but there's plenty to do. Mr. Beck was easy to talk to and was on top of any questions or concerns you had, you did not have to wait on a response. Time Out was a great choice for my family, we had an awesome time and would love to be able to return. If it had been up to us we wouldn't have come home.

Probably the best review here, you can stop reading after this...

This was the perfect home for our beach getaway. It was comfortable and spacious with 7 people -- four adults, two teenagers and one preteen. The rooms were large, clean and each had their own TV (definitely a bonus for the teens and pre-teen -- and for the adults to not have to watch with them). The bedrooms having their own bathrooms was also a huge bonus! All the floors were easily cleanable (ceramic tile and laminate), giving the house an open and airy feel. The kitchen gave our family great options to be able to cook for and feed all types of picky eaters, the dining table was spacious enough that we could all enjoy meals together at the same table. The home offers plenty of covered parking to shade your cars from sun and rain. The location of the home is close to shopping, dining and entertainment. Richard gave us excellent ideas on things to do, places to visit and local spots to check out. You could be to grocery stores, restaurants and shopping all within 5 minutes. Most of all, our kids loved the heated pool -- especially since our stay in March was too chilly to get in the ocean. What a wonderful treat to have a HEATED pool, so fancy indeed. The pool was behind a gate, offering privacy and security for swimming. The pool area was well lit and perfect for a night swim. Also, the hot tub was great, nicely covered and bubbly warm, perfect for chilly evenings! It's hard to say what the best part of Time Out is...the back porch, overlooking the pool with ocean views; the beach being literally right across the street, the open floor plan with not a single inch of wasted space. After renting in the same neighborhood for 12 years for our family vacation, we've found a new home away from home with Time Out. Truly, it's a great spot Cherry Grove is a wonderful, less commercial open than other local beaches. It's a great home with wonderful features.

Functional and spacious

Although, the cleanliness was not up to standard for such a huge cleaning fee that was charged, we overlooked the dirt and enjoyed the house. The bedrooms were spacious, and everyone agrees the comfort of the beds were on point but only two of the rooms had tvs which was a downfall. The kitchen had all the necessities and had great options between plastic and glassware. There was a drawer full of spices which was a plesant surprise. The kitchen has fully upgraded appliances, great working dish washer. The location of the house was key. Being steps away from the beach was so convenient and you can see the ocean from the porch! This was our favorite part. They supplied shower gel, shampoo and conditioner in each bathroom which was an added bonus. The house provided laundry detergent, toilet paper, towels for showers, towels for the pool and more.The pool is a great size but was dirty. Full of sand at first until the pool company came out and cleaned it but the pool was full of bugs and the net to clean the pool is broken. Rating our overall stay I'd say a 4 out of 5 only because of cleanliness. We would stay here again!
