Our ocean view villa is the ideal vacation home for families, groups, and golfers! Located right on Ocean Drive and just across the street from the ocean, you have a partial ocean view from both balconies of our 2 story villa. Take a peek at the ocean, watch strolling passersby or slip down to the beach and have your toes in the sand in seconds. There is a pool downstairs as well as a large oceanfront pool deck with hot tub and outdoor shower for your use. Take the family fishing, or relax by the pool for some much needed sun and swimming. The Cherry Grove Pier is just steps away.

CLOSE TO TONS OF SHOPPING, DINING AND ATTRACTIONS - dozens of options nearby for restaurants/bars (casual to fine dining), shopping, and entertainment options (from live concerts to mini golf) within just a few minutes drive. This condo is also close to outdoor activities such as para-sailing, surfing, and jet skiing. Cute boutique shops and favorite local restaurants are just a few blocks away. VILLA AMENITIES & OVERVIEW
With over 2200 heated square feet, there is plenty of space for everyone in the villa, and it has an open, inviting living area perfect for relaxing and mingling. There is a full dining table, as well as a 4-top dinette in the open kitchen/dining/living space. The living room has 2 large sofas as well as additional seating and the ever-important large flat screen TV. The kitchen is fully stocked with all utensils, dishes, and cookware and features stainless steel appliances.

BEDROOMS: There are 2 bedrooms downstairs and 4 bedrooms upstairs for a total of 1 king (upstairs) master & 1 queen (upstairs) master. The two downstairs bedrooms each have a queen bed and share the large hall bath. Upstairs, there are 2 master bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen) with private baths and shared ocean view balcony - and 2 standard bedrooms, each with 2 sets of bunk beds for total of 4 twin size beds, that share the upstairs hall bath. The utility room (full size washer & dryer, iron & board) is also upstairs.

Our family really enjoyed our stay at this condo. I didn't hear anyone complaining about anything. The beds were very comfortable, the property was clean, the location was great, and very spacious. The host made sure that we were ok from the time we checked in until we left.

Very accommodating!

The owners were thoughtful, accommodating and had consistent communication before and during our stay. We had a large group for a last minute trip and this condo was perfect for our needs. We hope to be able to return and stay longer in the future.

Well deserved vacation

We really needed the vacation and was not disappointed with property. Very close to the beach and everything you need is close by. The property was very clean from the bed sheet to the kitchen utensils.

Great location and a must stay

This property was a great book from start to finish. Mike and Kimberly were easy to work with and quick to respond to all messages. We enjoyed the great location in N. Myrtle Beach with access to the beach right across the street. It is nice to have the elevator and stair option. Plenty of parking too. The home was well decorated, clean, and well stocked. Highly recommend.

Great Stay for a friends-getaway!

Mike and Kim's duplex so perfectly fit our group! We were able to enjoy large family-style meals in their spacious kitchen, while also enjoying the privacy of their multiple rooms! We never ran out of hot water, and everybody was able to refresh quickly after a day at the beach!

Great accommodations for groups

Condo was very clean great accommodations for a group. We had a group of 10 had plenty a room plenty supplies Kimberly did a great job. Communicating with me during the whole trip would highly recommend staying there. We’re looking to make this an annual event at the same place.

Beautiful Condo

Everything from booking, arrival, our stay and departure went smooth. Plenty of room for 10 of us. They supplied just about everything to get use started. The beds were comfortable, extra pillows and blankets. It just felt like home. We would definitely go back.

Cleanest rental I've ever stayed in!

Owner was very responsive! As soon as I walked in I could tell I was going to love the place! Very clean and mattresses are very comfortable. Its also right across the street from the beach so you can walk back and forth. Highly recommend anyone to stay here! I will definitely be back in the future! Parking is a little tight but of course that is no fault of the owner!

Great family vacation place

Great place for our family beach vacation. Great location and easy access to beach. The condo was large enough for 16 people and being on two floors gave privacy for sleeping kids. Nice having 4 bathrooms and never ran out of hot water. Kitchen was well equipped Can’t say enough good things about the owners. They were VERY responsive to issues and questions which we had. Took care of everything quickly and great communications.

Will stay here again

The condo was great, has everything we needed. It was clean, well stocked, plenty of room and in a great location. The communication with the owner was excellent. Kept us informed when he was notified the internet service went out and was back on. Helped us when we needed to find additional parking close by. Very responsive to emails and checked with us shortly after arrival to make sure everything was good. I will definitely rent from Mike and Kimberly again.

Family Time

My family was celebrating my mother’s birthday. She passed in 03/15/23. Before she passed, we were taking her to the beach for her birthday (3/24). She would turned 83 this year. Once she passed last year, we decided to still continue the beach trips. Our plan is to make this an annual trip. This was a wonderful location and our hosts were extremely nice! Thank you again for helping making our trip a success!

Vacation stay at Cherry Grove

The home itself was beautiful neatly decorated to match the scenery outside and had all the essentials needed to make our stay as comfortable as possible, including but not limited to pots and pans, plates cups and blenders. They also have games there that me and my family enjoyed while it rained one night. Kim and Mike were both very helpful and made my stay super easy and questions or concerns I had when I would reach out I would get a 5 minute or less response, and let’s be serious, it’s hard to get that at a hotel when you call the front desk lol. But overall the place was great the property owners were nice and when I visit the area again I will be sure to book through them. 😊
