The Space:
Welcome to this incredible beachfront condo located in a charming oceanfront complex situated in North Myrtle Beach, SC! This condo is filled with natural light and boasts beautiful upgrades throughout! This is a direct oceanfront unit in the complex - unparalleled views.

It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-free check in.

Parking: Easy access private parking lot. You will have 2 parking passes to hang on your rear view mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have motorcycles, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking lot.

Entry: **Stairs required** This unit is on the 2nd floor.

Kitchen: Fully stocked kitchen with cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans.

Family room: Large family room area with access to the balcony. Sleeper sofa!

Bedroom 1: Spacious bedroom with access to the balcony! King bed.

Bathroom 1: Newly renovated - must see!

Bedroom 2: Queen bed.

Bathroom 2: Located in the hallway between bedrooms.

Balcony: Peaceful and spacious balcony. Beachfront!

Pool: Complex pool is a shared outdoor pool! Moreover, enjoy the spacious oceanfront sun deck. Subject to operation schedule determined by the HOA.

Beach: Direct beach access from the complex!

Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.

Washer/Dryer: Free in-unit washer/dryer.

Guest Access:
Guests will have the entire unit for themselves (other than a private owner's closet) along with the shared complex pool.

The Neighborhood:
The complex is located in a popular spot in North Myrtle Beach - which makes for a perfect vacation!

✈️ Myrtle Beach International Airport is about 19.6 miles
🐟 Cherry Grove Pier is about 3 miles
🏦 Coastal North Town Center is about 3.1 miles

Getting Around:
Guests will have parking passes and can drive to all of the restaurants, shopping, and attractions that Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach have to offer. You can also request and Uber, Lyft, or get a taxi.

Other Things to Note:
PLEASE NOTE: This unit is located near the street and it is possible that you will hear traffic noises. Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, hallways, stairwells, pools, parking lots, grounds, etc. Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.

Routine Pest Control happens quarterly on the 4th day of that month (3rd or 5th for July). The HOA requires the technician be allowed to enter the condo to spray during this time and guests will be expected to allow entry.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:
1. Guests are required to complete a check-in form and rental agreement. Refusal to sign/return either form will be grounds for termination of the reservation in accordance with our cancellation policy.

2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other party must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both parties fully agree to those terms.

Ongoing Construction Notice: Please note that there is currently walkway work in progress at the front entry of the unit, along with the installation of new railings. While construction is ongoing, there should be minimal noise or disruption during your stay.

No pets. Minimum booking age 25. Max guest count is 6.
