My family and I loved our first trip to Myrtle Beach. We loved the condo and pools plus beach access, along with a great view. I would definitely visit and stay here again. The only thing I would change would be the washer and dryer combo in the unit. I wish it would have worked better as we were always in need of clean towels, etc. Overall though, I wouldn’t let that deter me from booking again.

The Avista resort has on-site amenities like pools, hot tubs, lazy rivers and is right on the beach. This condo also has beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and beach toys for the kids. It was a convenient location to get other places. We felt safe and it was reasonably quiet. it was nice not to have to leave every day to do something with so much to do right there. We will try to stay there again in the future!

Had a nice stay, central location to many things. Resort had several pools to choose from and was a short walk to the beach which was perfect for little ones. The amenities in the room for the beach (cart, umbrella) were very nice to have!
