Overall a good experience. In terms of cleanliness the biggest problem were the rugs which looked like they had seen years of stains and wear and needed replacing.The booking process was confusing as they used a third party property management site which at one point seemed to require an extra insurance payment to proceed even when I had already made the full payment quoted through vrbo. That left me feeling less that trusting of the whole process.Communication was ok with the property manager, thought there were many confusions about which door to use with the entry code, and which has beach item storage and how to access it. I also sometimes felt like the replies were coming from AI, as only part of my questions would be answered each time.There was a lack of beach towels and pillows and a few other random kitchen tools, but I was appreciative that when I asked about the towels and pillows someone pretty quickly dropped new ones off at the door. overall the stay was enjoyable, I just got the feeling that the property could use a little more attention to make it a nicer place to stay.
