The seven bedrooms are:1 Queen, 1 Double/1 Twin, 2 Twins, Twin Bunk Set, 1 Queen, 2 Twins and 1 Double/1 Twin. Extended families are accommodated when the Barnett House TOP unit is rented in conjunction with Barnett House BOTTOM unit.

The Barnett House Top has everything a large family needs to enjoy their beach getaway but the layout with a great room is also delightful for smaller parties too! Life doesn't get any better when your sitting out on the large ocean front porch or when you are able to just walk down the stairs straight to the beach. There is a large fully equipped kitchen as well as a dining table large enough for the entire family. 3 TV's with cable or Roku, DVD, washer/dryer and central heat and air and free Wi-Fi. With a $200 "Pet Fee" you can even bring along your Fur-Baby! New refrigerator, refreshed interior Décor and Park-Style Grills added in 2022. Mattresses refreshed for spring of 2023! New for 2024: New Kitchen Floor, several new kitchen appliances and refreshed interior paint
