Seaside Resort is located in the Crescent Beach Section of North Myrtle Beach. This 10 Story high rise features an outdoor pool, indoor pool, lazy river, 2 hot tubs, sundeck, private beach walkway with showers & parking under building with a clearance of 6' 10". This 3 Bedroom / 3 Bath condo features a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, DW, washer & dryer, Flat screen TVs in all rooms, jetted tub in the master bedroom and an Oceanfront Balcony with access from the Living Room. Family attractions, golf & miniature golf, amusement park, water sports & fishing are all in close proximity to Seaside Resort. We rent strictly to families and mature persons over the age of 25. McMillan Real Estate, Inc cannot rent to teenage or college age groups, even if accompanied by an older chaperone. House party groups are NOT allowed. Should a house party attempt to occupy a property, they will be denied entrance or evicted, with no refund. Properties are privately owned and reflect the individual tastes of the owner. Saturday to Saturday - Weekly Rentals Only. Trip Insurance available for an additional fee. No Smoking allowed in Unit, balcony, or on either side of entrance. No Pets, Boats, Motorcycles, Golf Carts, Trailers, or RV's allowed.

Family vacation

The property was even nicer than the pictures showed. We were amazed by the wall of windows in the unit, we even had people we met on the beach from the hotel next door comment about our rooms views. We took my parents with us to have a vacation with their grandkids and we loved the size of the unit, everyone had room to spread out and we never felt like we were on top of each other which is typically how I feel in a 3br because they sacrifice space for the extra room but not here. We really enjoyed the ramp down to the beach it made carrying items down easy, and the kids loved the pool. The only negatives and they were definitely not dealbreakers was the master jacuzzi jets didn't work which my kids were a little sad about and there was some sand and hair that the previous cleaning didn't get which I know sand is so hard to clean up. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing stay

The unit is absolutely gorgeous. Amazing views. Only problem was the smoke detectors kept going off when we cooked. Didn’t matter what we were cooking they would go off.Other than that the unit was absolutely stunning!

Love this Condo !!!! This was the third time we stayed in this unit …

We only have one complaint, the Master shower head has terrible water pressure, we bring our own and swap it out while we stay there…

We have stayed in other units in this facility and this was the worst unit so far. The master bath wash the original from 2006 with the big garden tub including moldy jets and a poor shower head. The HVAC vents in several areas were very “moldy” and the floors were filthy(not mopped). We will not be utilizing that unit moving forward. Thank you!

The good and the bad

The good- the location was excellent,the pool was well maintained, there is a umbrella attendent right in front of the building and lifeguards, the unit was very clean. Depending on your family the bads may not be an issue. The bad- you only get two card keys to the unit even though it is a three bedroom. I was told it is an HOA issue? 2 card keys for a one bedroom rental and 2 card keys for a 3 bedroom rental - hope you see my issue with 5 adults going in different directions daily. The unit is not comfortable. The two sofas are sofa beds and very hard, the fitted sheets had no elastic left and constantly dislodged themselves(it was a linen service so not sure it the sheets were the units or an issue with the service), the large window was nice but the A/C couldn't keep up if the blinds are open during the day, the thing that is a deal breaker(other than just getting two keys) is the parking garage. Near in my life have I seen such a tight tight tight parking garage. It was hard for the driver to get out of the car(even my 24 yr old daughter had to climb to the passenger seat to get out on time) and passengers usually had to get out before parking. It is something you have to experience to understand.
