The condo was very homely and nicely decorated. The TV’s were very accommodating for the family vacation. The water remained hot in temperature for a family of 5. We enjoyed our stay. I would recommend updating the pots, cleaning the floors, unclogging the bathroom sinks, and the smell of the condo. At night the condo gets really hot in the middle of the night, maybe check the temperature

The location is by the beach 5 min drive and 20 ish mins from the city if you want to be there so it’s location is great Water pressure / and cleanliness of the condo was lacking and not the greatest however if all you’re looking for is location close to the beach not bad

Great stay

Beautifully decorated, well furnished for a family. The beds were very comfortable as were the pillows. Served the purposes for a place to sleep and eat. Location is great you gotta go to filets convenient walk amazing food! Despite minor inconveniences would stay again. Only complaints after check in got a message to rate the cleanliness upon check in i should have waited to complete. It looked beautiful and clean however after a few hours we noticed the floors clearly have never been mopped properly if at all. My child spilt milk and when we wiped it up the rag was black! You can even feel how dirty the floor is under your feet not great for crawling babies. When it came to dishes either the dishwaser doesnt work or the previous guests were lazy which should be checked before new guests arrive. One of the cups had leftover lipstick on it. We had to wash each dish before we used just incase. We searched the place for more trashbags only 1 for the kitchen made cleaning up trash tricky. Upon arrival i couldnt figure out how to get in tried calling numbers listed, no one answered tried the app only got a reply 2 days later would have been very terrible if i had not run into security to show me where in the email the information to get in so we could get to our room.

Great 2 bedroom/2 bath in North Myrtle Beach

I drove from Columbia, SC and my friend drove from Atlanta, GA. The property is located next to a marina. The pictures were accurate, the property was clean, and nicely appointed. Property management always responded promptly. The location was great. We were a few miles from Vereen Memorial Gardens (for trail walking), and a few miles from Cherry Grove Beach (for the sun and water). The beach towels were appreciated. It was a quiet and restful getaway. I'll definitely return. Thank you.

Mold! Stay away!

This place had what seemed like black mold. I had a sore throat and cough that wouldn't go away while vacationing here and my children had a hard time sleeping here. I started looking around the rooms and found mold on the vents, door tracking and around the toilet. We will never stay here again and would not recommend. All our valuable things are now contaminated.
