HOUSE RULES:
There can only be a maximum of FOUR cars parked at our home. NO street parking is permitted. Towing is highly enforced by the neighborhood HOA. There is a $500 fine from the HOA that is guest responsibility for violating these rules.
Must be 24 or older to book our home. NO EXCEPTIONS! The booking party must be present for check in and the duration of the stay!
No smoking on the property.
No parties or events.
Check-out is at 10 AM.
No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed.
All sand needs to be cleaned off before entering the house. Failure to remove sand will result in an extra cleaning fee.
Please refrain from making excessive noise past 10 PM.
Any rules that are broken and result in a fine by the HOA will be guest responsibility.
POOL RULES:
You are swimming at your own risk. We are not liable for any accidents or injuries.
Children always need to be supervised.
No glass is permitted around the pool or on the downstairs patio. We have provided plastic cups for your convenience to use around the pool area! If the glass is broken in the pool there will be an additional fee of $500 to clean the pool.
There is an outdoor shower provided for your convenience! Please rinse off any sand before entering the pool.
The pool is not heated.
PET RULES:
• A $75 Pet Fee must be paid before check-in or your dog will not be allowed on the property.
• Your dog should be friendly and house-trained. Dogs that utilize pee pads are NOT allowed.
• We provide pet blankets that need to be used if your dog gets on the furniture. Dogs are not allowed in the beds!
• Your dog must be supervised by you at all times or crated if left alone.
• Please pick up after your dogs in the yard. There will be an additional cleaning fee of $100 if we have to have dog waste picked up.
• Any dog that becomes disruptive will need to be removed immediately.
• You will be charged for any damage caused by your dog.
• Limit of two dogs.
