Ft. home located just 85 paces from the beach access in Cherry Grove, North Myrtle Beach, SC. 8 Bedrooms (2 with Kings, 2 with 2 Queens in each, 4 with swing-kings), 2 Queen sofa beds, Pool, pool furniture, Hot Tub, outdoor conversation set, 8' picnic table, and gas grill. 2 Master Bedrooms suites have Jacuzzi Tubs. 10 TVs with WIFI. Main Floor has 55" wide screen Smart TV, plenty of room for large gatherings/meals, a Game room with Brunswick pool table and 55" TV, and Laundry room with W & D. House has 6 large balconies with chairs or gliders. Parking for at least 6 vehicles. Covered parking for 3. Outdoor shower. Kitchen is well equipped with 2 Refrigerators, 1 coffee pot, 1 keurig, 2 crockpots, 2 electric griddles, 2 toasters and sufficient cookware for preparing meals for a crowd. Home is very safe with Fire Sprinklers, smoke detectors & fire extinguishers on each level. Also the street is quiet & safe & has very little traffic. Perfect for GOLFERS, FAMILIES & LARGE GROUPS!!

Great vacation property for large families! The home was spacious, clean and included many amenities that entertained our large family with multi-aged children. The owner was quick to respond to any question or concern we had prior to and during our stay making sure that our stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

We had a large group for a family reunion. The house is a short walk to the beach and close to places to eat, get groceries, and find entertainment. The house never felt crowded even though we were at the maximum number of people. We enjoyed having the option of beach or pool.

This house gave us everything we wanted--a large kitchen with plenty of refrigerator space, a pool table, and a hot tub. Plus it's just a short walk to the ocean. We loved it!

Our group of 8 golfers really enjoyed our weekend. The house is well-appointed and clean. Several great golf courses are nearby, and it’s less than 100 yards to the beach for some post-round relaxation. The area under the house doesn’t look all that special in the pictures, but it was one of our favorite spots to congregate. Highly recommend!

We had a family wedding in NMB and the house was just perfect. Susan, host, was fantastic with communication, check in, check out process etc.. Everyone loved the hot tub and pool. All bedrooms were clean, and spacious. Kitchen was great. Two refrigerators was a plus. I would highly recommend any large family, friend group to stay here!

Nice, convenient location. Room for everyone. We enjoyed a great week with family. Only hiccups were the battery on the keyless door died, and we had to wait to get in, and the oven cooked really slowly . Overall, we would go back. Owner was quick to respond to our needs.

The property looked great in pictures- but; in person, it was perfection! It was spotless! It was beautiful and plenty of seating for conversations. We loved the indoor AND outdoor spaces! The owners were the BEST to work with. Responded within a few minutes with questions. The kitchen was stocked better than mine at home! This place is definitely 5 stars!

Everyone in my group, old , young and in between had a great time in this house. The location was great..we all loved Cherry Grove and being just steps away from the beach. The house was super clean when we arrived and we are very picky. The pool and hot tub was clean and ready to go. Plenty of room for large groups. We enjoyed the pool table, views from every room were great. The neighborhood was quiet yet there was plenty going on. Stores are only a couple of blocks away. We will be back. Thanks Karin !

We are a family of 11 adults and 8 children. This is our second time staying at Abaco Sands. The house is perfect to accommodate our large group. The first floor has a large living, eating area, kitchen, and game room. The kitchen is well equipped to cook for a large group and having the two refrigerators was great. The second and third floors are identical and have flexible configuration where the beds can be changed from king beds to twin beds. The pool and the hot tub were enjoyed by all , as well as the close proximity to the beach. Karin provides excellent customer service and was readily available when we had a question. We have all ready reserved this same house for our next Beach Vacation .

The property was exactly as listed and very spacious for my family of 15. My only suggestion would be to provide one additional bathroom towel per person and 3-4 extra kitchen towels. I would definitely return to this property -just across Ocean Blvd from the beach with a great pool to cool off, hot tub if desired and a wonderful outdoor conversation area below the house. Thank you for allowing us to utilize your home!!

Susan was easy to reach and very responsive both before and during our stay. The home was reflective of the pictures. The proximity to the beach is perfect and within eye view of the front balcony. The only things that could have been better is that we experienced internet outage for a day of our trip. Susan did communicate with us about it and worked to get it resolved. The location is a little bit further from the "city center" and the neighborhood was a bit quiet during our trip. Overall, I would recommend staying at this property, and would also consider staying again.
