Steps from the Sand! Oceanfront condo in Cherry Grove

Most sought after location in Cherry Grove. Sit on the second floor balcony and listen to the waves and enjoy the views. Step inside to a COMPLETELY REMODELED down to the studs two bedroom two bathroom condo.

The kitchen is fully updated and stocked for you to make a meal or a drink. Sit at the beautiful granite countertops and enjoy your meal, or sit at the dining room table. The living room has been beautifully updated and has a brand new sofa sleeper and recliner, along with a smart TV.

The master bedroom has an amazing view of the ocean. A comfortable king sized bed awaits you along with brand new furniture. The en suite bathroom has been completely updated.

Down the hall is a guest room with twin bunk beds and a queen sized bed. There is also a full size arcade game and a TV to entertain the children!.

A stackable washer and dryer is in the unit. There are additional full size washer and dryers available for guest use near the pool.

Step outside the condo and use the private beach access to set up your umbrella and spend the day by the ocean or bring your kayaks and walk over to the intercoastal waterway. Head back to the condo and take a dip in the clean community pool.

This condo has been torn down to the studs and everything including the HVAC has been replaced. Soft hotel towels and linens are included.

Please be sure to read the house rules. The association allows one car per unit and no animals (except for owners). Our property is undergoing a restoration project so that we can preserve our slice of heaven for years to come. There will be construction underneath the building but there should be little to no disruption and amenities will remain open!

We had a wonderful time and the condo is absolutely perfect. The location is amazing. You are pretty much on your own private beach at the very end of the island. The unit was clean and updated. Great communication would love to stay again!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the property. The views of the ocean and inlet were excellent. The condo was clean and a plentiful supply of towels were provided. Access to the beach was easy. At this stretch of beach it is usually quieter than other locations and the beach is wide enough for activities such as walking, shell hunting, and flying kites. The owner responded promptly when we had a question.

We enjoyed our stay so much! The location was amazing, the views were absolutely stunning. We loved being able to walk over to the inlet as well! A fun surprise was the storage closet that had beach toys and the hallway to get to the condo had chairs available for us to use! Not sure if they are there all the time but it was a huge plus!

The views from the condo, the size of the beach and the location being away from the hustle and bustle of the rest of Myrtle made this rental perfect for our family. We were looking to get away and unwind, and that is exactly what we did! Nice beach for walking or lounging. We would definitely stay here again!

I really can't say enough great things about this condo and the location! It really is our favorite place to stay at the beach! It has everything you need if your planning on eating in. Perfect ocean front view! The point has wide open beach for space to play in the sand. We even got to see a sea turtle hatch before we left. Just Perfect!

Highly recommend this property - have never stayed in North Mrytle Beach - Location is incredible - Let yourself be swept away by an endless view of the ocean and sand as soon as you step through the door. The beach and views of the sunrise from the balcony or living room were just what was needed for a week to relax and decompress. A short stroll to the inlet, allowed you to enjoy a beautiful sunset. The condo was comfortable, where it felt like a home-away-from-home - well decorated where the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you needed, even though we did not cook. The hosts were exceptional and very accommodating, where they provided great recommendations for places to eat - We would definitely stay here again!

Property was overall exactly as listed. The unit was very nice and had a great layout. The only negatives for me were the quality of the sheets and the lack of bathroom ventilation. Even with this, it’s still a five star rating!

Condo upgrades are a definite plus as compared to other units within the property. There were a few doors open as we were walking around and I saw a lot of 70's wood paneling. Beach chairs were supplied if you need to save some room in your vehicle. Location is great right at the northern tip of the beach. We sat on the deck a few mornings and watched the sunrise while we drank coffee. During low tide, the beach has to be at least 75 yards wide with plenty of room to spread out your things and no be right on top of the person next to you. Communication was great from the start from texting to a phone call, the property owner left nothing to be desired. Only issue was the icemaker didn't work, but he has a new fridge being delivered soon. We will definitely be using this property again in the future.
