Come enjoy a perfect beach vacation in our refurbished 1 Bedroom 1 Bathroom condo. Located on the ground level with no stairs and directly across the street from public beach access. Just 20 short steps to tranquil Cherry Grove Beach.

Condo has been completely UPGRADED and has a FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN with a Keurig COFFEE STATION, MODERN FURNITURE, and SMART TVs. Comfortably sleeps four with 2 queen beds in the separate bedroom.

To ensure our guests have an amazing stay everything you need for a relaxing get away is provided in our FULLY STOCKED condo. This includes linens, toiletries, snacks, water and much more! You will also receive the highest level of service from booking to check-out with an available host that values communication, is easy to contact and responds quickly.

All updates were made to ensure the space provides a fun and comfortable stay for guests and their pets that are UNDER the weight limit of 50lbs. The floors are waterproof and easily cleaned. Mattresses and all pillows are covered with high quality waterproof protectors. Everything from the sofa cover to the rugs is changed with each stay to ensure the comfort of all guests. Highly recommended. All I have to say is I love this woman. She went above and beyond. She really made this condo a home away from home for us and our fur babies. She thought of everything! The condo was spacious and very clean. This was just a very short walk to a nice clean beach.

Beach Vacation - first time at N Myrtle Beach

Perfect spot for us! More of everything than we needed for a week. Host was excellent to communicate with. Excellent, thoughtful storage makes it easy to stay organized in tight quarters with two people and two dogs...area is quieter than Myrtle Beach but close enough to easily get there. Close to walkable nature preserve and kayaking if you're a nature seeker. Steps to the beach! Loved this place.

Amazing Condo

Geneva was a great host made us feel very welcome with her extra touches. The condo was very clean and cozy. A perfect spot for a nice getaway to North Myrtle Beach. We will definitely be booking again in the future.

Disappointing

The condo was clean and tidy. The manager/owner provided all essentials including ham and cheese in fridge, fresh croissants and any toiletries you could need. Our only issue was the size of the unit. It was just myself and my husband along with our two bulldogs and we were tripping over one another. You could barely turn around in the bathroom. The living room was a loveseat and one chair. We left after one night as it was just too cramped.

Delightful Property

Our host was fabulous. The unit was very clean everything was organized labeled. She had the most unique set up from coffee to Qtips! She had everything you would ever need! She left snacks water tea coffee condiments it was amazing!!!! If I wasn’t moving to the area I would DEFINITELY stay there again.

Maybe because it was early in the season pool area could use some TLC. Outdoor hose didn’t work so we could rinse our dog otherwise it was GREAT!

Perfect getaway

This cute little condo was the perfect place for us to unwind. It is located in a quiet area across the street from the beach and on the ground floor. All you need is provided - beach chairs, towels, umbrella as well as a well stocked kitchen and comfy beds. We liked how the shower had a separate wand to wash your feet (or your dog) after returning from the beach. Lastly, and amazingly there were welcome snacks and drinks on our arrival. We will definitely be staying here again!! We have purchased a home in the area and as friends and family come to visit I will be recommending Geneva’s place as an option for guests wanting a beach stay!!

Steps from the beach and pet friendly!!

Wow. I have zero negative comments and only amazing things to say about our stay in this condo. The check in process is seemless...you get a code when the condo is ready and enter it on the door keypad....NO KEYS TO CARRY AROUND! During our stay we met a few neighbors who were very friendly and told us good places to go. The pool was right outside the door really, my dogs watched me swim! The condo is on the lower level so if you have a dog with a bad leg like our dog does, the "handicap" access is great! The amenities...oh my, how many characters do i get here? Amazing is all i can say! The keurig stopped working mid cup, (she provides the coffee pods....who does that..Genevieve does)..i text Genevieve and in about 3 hours, a brand new keurig was delivered! The beds are super comfy, good luck getting out of it to go to the beach! We will be back year after year because we found our home away from home. They genuinely care about your fur babies with treats when u arrive on the counter ..along with a fresh deli tray and croissants, cream cheese, crackers, chips etc etc etc. We have stayed in many 4 or 5 star hotels and nope, no more, only this place will do!

Don’t let the outside of the building discourage you when you first pull up bc Genevas unit does not disappoint. It’s clean, nicely decorated, beds are comfortable, and check in is a breeze. She left little extras for our arrival like snacks, (drinks, coffee, creamer, and a charcuterie board of meats, cheeses and bread), and shower toiletries, etc. The beach really is just a cpl minutes walk from the unit and was never very crowded and the kids loved the pool. Everything else was within close driving distance. We will definitely be booking this unit again in the future.

Cute Cozy Condo

This smaller condo was perfect for my girlfriend and I. Geneva has thought of just about everything one would need while staying. There was a smaller fireplace in the living room under the tv. The bedroom also had a tv that was easily viewable from both beds. The beds and linens were very comfortable. There were plenty of plugs near the beds, which was fantastic. We didn’t use the chairs and umbrella but they were there for our use. The kitchen was well stocked and it was easy to locate what I was looking for. She also had some small toiletries available if you forgot some. The condo is on the first floor so it was super easy to access. It was a very short walk to the beach. During our stay it was very quiet. We had a small issue with the air conditioner in the bedroom but Geneva was super quick with replies and had someone out quickly to remedy the issue. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location in a beautiful area. Stayed with wife and 2 small dogs. 1 min walk to the beach. All the extras were amazing. She had food to make sandwiches..chips and cookies for snacks and bottles of water. Perfect for people who had a long drive and dont feel like going to the grocery right away. Was a great trip!

The property is very clean and everything you need is provided. It is also right across the road to the beach. Beach access is easy. The property is very small and probably built in the 50s. They did do a good job at upgrading.

Time and Place of your life

From check-in to check-out my stay was amazing!!! Now the building is older but when you walk in OMG!! The thought and care taken to make sure your visit is perfect Lets me list - chairs for beach along with an umbrella and the anchor to secure it in the sand. Leash for your dog, poop bags to use on the beach and treats along with their own bowls setup Then open the refrigerator and there is a ham-cheese platter with waters. Fresh tomatoes, chips, cookies, and croissants!! All you need in the way of cooking not just new pots and pans but cooking spray, spices, dish detergent and hand soap along with paper towels!! There’s a complete setup for coffee and tea ! Now walk into the bedroom super soft sheets and pillows! The bathroom has a tile shower super clean and when you turn around there’s super soft towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, toothbrushes mouthwash makeup remover sunscreen detergent hairspray hair dryer curling iron and brush Little things like sewing kit pens pads scissors. I am rather sure I have left something out because it’s so very well thought out Geneva is a most wonderful host. No I do not know her personally but she’s a true jewel Would I stay here again you bet I would and will !! I have no problems with talking to anyone who would have questions before they book their stay

Cherry Grove visit
