The Space:

Welcome to Beach Cove 704. This recently renovated two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo offers breathtaking, direct ocean views from a private balcony accessible from both the living room and the primary suite. It's the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee while watching the waves roll in.



Step inside to discover a beautifully decorated space designed for comfort. The primary suite features a plush king-sized bed and its own private entrance to the oceanfront balcony. The second bedroom features two full-sized beds, and the living room includes a sleeper sofa, comfortably accommodating up to eight guests. Linens and towels are provided for your convenience.



Prepare your favorite meals in the modern, fully equipped kitchen, complete with new stainless steel appliances, a full-size refrigerator, oven, and dishwasher. Stay connected throughout your vacation with complimentary high-speed WiFi.

Getting Around:

Use ride-sharing services such as Uber, Lyft, and Turo whenever possible.



Other Things to Note:

This is a privately owned condo, not a hotel room—please treat it like a home. Keycard info and pickup instructions will be provided for a smooth check-in.



Your stay includes bed linens, towels, washcloths, and starter supplies (trash bags, hand soap, toilet paper).



Beach chairs/umbrellas available for rent from lifeguards.



No daily maid service—cleaning or towel exchange can be arranged for a fee if needed.

Important Notice:

- There is an ongoing structural maintenance taking place at the resort, focusing on the balconies and exterior columns. Construction crews will be working on different sections of the building. Guests may experience some construction noise during the day. Workers may also be on exterior scaffolding, temporarily obstructing some views. For privacy, guests can close curtains when crews are nearby. Please expect possible noise, and pool shut off, and limited access to the balconies during operation hours for safety purposes.
