Great balcony, everything else a disappointment
The online pictures of this property looked pleasing enough, and the Thomas Realty folks were nice, but in person this condo is very run-down and not in the least bit comfortable. There was an entire cabinet door missing in the kitchen, the living room couch and chairs were low to the ground (difficult to get out of) and not sufficiently cushioned, every piece of furniture showed visible wear and tear, both doorknobs on the second bathroom were about to fall off, the air conditioning barely cooled down the back bedroom, and the furniture choices were also strange given the limited space -- bringing in luggage was difficult with the large wooden chair dominating the entryway, and likewise navigating the bedrooms was difficult given the hulking furniture. The balcony was fantastic though -- comfortable furniture for sitting out there, and the oceanfront views were spectacular. The master bathroom shower was also nice.
