Additional Rental Information:

We rent to families and responsible adults only. No house parties. No Pets. No Smoking. Weekly only May thru September. Minimum Rental Age 30 years.

Maximum Occupancy. The number of people 22 (including children) present at the Property may NOT exceed the maximum occupancy set forth in the Property Description.

Our Security Company requires the names and ages of each guest, with your deposit. More than the maximum number of 22 guests will be considered overcrowding, and will not be allowed entrance to our unit. All of our rules of conduct are strictly enforced by our Security Company who have both the responsibility and complete authority to enforce them. Offenders will become subject to denial of access to the unit, and/or subjecting the offending homeowner to the liability for additional service charges.

Our Security Company also requires make, model, color of auto and license tag for all autos, two weeks before arrival. FOUR autos is the maximum for our unit. Additional autos will not be allowed to park on property. If you decide to rent a golf cart, the cart is considered one of your autos.

You and other Occupants agree to conduct yourselves throughout your stay in a manner that is respectful of and not disruptive to neighbors, traffic flow, or the community and that will not prompt complaints to us from police, neighbors, or neighborhood or homeowner associations. Noise audible outside the Property (including music or loud conversation) is prohibited between 8 p.m. And 8 a.m.

Guests will be issued one bath towel and one wash cloth to use during your stay, per our linen package. If you require additional towels, you must supply them.

Great place for a golf trip!

This is an excellent property for a golf trip. Very spacious and clean with all the amenities you need. Great proximity to North Myrtle restaurants and golf courses. The owner made it a very smooth process, and we would love to stay there again.

Great place for golf outing

Location is close to North MB and southern North Carolina golf courses. Also only across the street from the beach!!! Many restaurants nearby. 8 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms makes this a wonderful place for that double foursome of golf. Lots of space to enjoy a game on the TV or cards at that tables. Kitchen has plenty of space for all. Would definitely stay here again

We were looking for a that would allow four families to sleep and easily access the beach. This place was perfect. Each of the four families had two bedrooms, so plenty of space. The beach was just across the street so everyone could move back and forth with ease.

Loved the condo! It was perfect for a group of 8 golfers who?want their own room. It can easily accommodate more but is was exactly what we were needed. When I had a question about the unit the host, Tim always replied very quickly which we really appreciated. Highly recommend this unit!

Labor Day Vacation

The pictures do not do this condo justice!! It was super nice and clean, with a very well stocked kitchen & eating space for our large group. Great gathering room & game room & nice beds too. The only downside is for a big group there is not enough parking in the parking garage, but the overflow parking wasn't too inconvenient. Just bring extra towels & washcloths. Would love to go back to this condo again!!

Location was great

Overall, this stay was excellent due to the location and size of the rental met our needs. We did not appreciate the cleaning fee, combined with the passive aggressive messages in the rental concerning additional fees if additional cleaning was required. Needless to say the guest’s feet were black from the floors as well as the toddlers hands and knees from crawling on them. This was coupled with the fact that we had bed linen that was stained with brown blotches… after the cleaning crew mentioned about previous stays leaving fecal matter on the beds. Needless to say not the way we wanted to start the vacation with additional cleaning and first impression… but overall great property just don’t appreciate the additional fees to what we received.

Great Weekend with Friends

We loved this beach home, it was perfect for our group! We ended up with 15 people and the home fit everyone perfectly. The location was great - a quick uber to the Irish Festival that was happening for St Patricks Day and a 30 min drive to the convention center for my daughter's cheer competition. Tim was great with communication - helped with anything we needed before and after our stay. We cooked 2 big Irish meals for St Patricks Day and had just about everything we needed in the kitchen. Bring with you: a sharp knife, cutting board and can opener. Everything else is already there for you! We would definitely stay here again. Thanks Tim!

Wonderful Condo for a Large Group

We had a great time having our family reunion at this property. The owner was very communicative and his sister was gracious and generous. We had plenty of room and felt this property was ideally located. The walk to the beach took just under five minutes and there was plenty of restaurants and amusements within a short drive. The home was very comfortably furnished from the kitchen to the bedrooms. The upstairs area was a great place for playing games and downstairs was perfect for watching movies together. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for plenty of bedrooms and furnishings to please a wide range of ages. Our group ranged from 4 - 77.

Myrtle beach girls trip

This townhouse is great. We had 14 grown women celebrating a special birthday and it was perfect. Plenty of room. Elevator for the condos is broken down a lot and the pool is small but the town house is a good size for a large group. Highly recommend this place. The owner was great to work with especially if you have any issues with VRBO. He handled things efficiently and quickly. Enjoy the area, so much fun! Thank you.

Family Labor Day Weekend Getaway

My family and I really enjoyed this condo. The listing description & amenities were morer than I expected......everything was great!!! There was plenty of room in the kitchen for several people to prepare food. The only thing we had to buy was food! There were plenty of towels, bath cloths and linen. The unit was clean and maintained very well. The view from the balconies was breath taking as the sun was rising over the ocean. We will rent this unit again and I will surely recommend it to anyone who want to get away and stay at a great place. Thanks Tim & Suzanne

Great Girl Cousin Trip

This is a fantastic place to have a large group. There were 9 of us girl cousins and this was our first beach trip together. Bath to bed ratio was perfect. The house decor is very nice - rooms are all spacious and the decks with chairs for all were great to unwind on. We enjoyed having luggage carts to help haul all the belongings/food from the parking garage to our rooms. Beach access couldn't have been more perfect - literally across the street! We did use several of the beach chairs and wave boards - very nice to have these provided. We didn't use the pool, but it is a nice option to have. The bathrooms came with bar soap and liquid hand soap - a nice touch. The kitchen contains all the utensils, etc that you will need. And it was a plus to have 2 refrigerators. It was nice to have night lights throughout so you could easily see during the night. Tim was excellent to communicate with and so responsive! We will definitely stay here again!

Last Min. Weekend Getaway

Every year our family try to plan a getaway around this time of year to do something non traditional. We decided to do a villa in North Myrtle Beach this year and I tell you.......we were not disappointed. From start to finish the communication with the owner and staff was a A+ service. We have high standards, and the majority of the time when we go on our vacations we still bring our cleaning supplies because some places don't usually clean up to our standards, but the cleaning crew that prepped our unit did an emaculant job. Highly impressed and very satisfactory. As far as space goes, more than enough space for everyone with room to spare. Great view and perfect weather for the weekend again another A+ grade. Hopefully the family will decide on this place again for next year or at least give me the vote. Thank you again Mr. Carlisle and staff for a wonderful weekend.

simply the best

Our extended family has been taking a Labor Day weekend beach trip for the past ten years. This was the best 'home away from home' that we've stayed in by far! The home was spacious, clean, with comfortable beds and more than enough cooking items in the kitchen. We are used to having to buy some small kitchen item, such as a frying pan or grater, but this condo was fully prepared for the amount and variety of cooking that we do. There are plenty of bathrooms so there was never a fight over the shower. THREE coffee pots - and we used two of them :) Short walk to easy beach access - and no need to haul your chairs and umbrellas in the car as there is a large deck box with all of that (and sand toys) available for use. The owner was responsive, readily answered all of my questions, and left a "checking on us" voicemail while we were there just in case we'd had any trouble. I am hoping for a return trip as this one was absolutely fabulous. Thanks so much!

Our reunion in Myrtle Beach !!

We were extremely pleased with the condo. It is beautifully decorated and was very clean when we arrived. We had 16 in our family reunion spanning 3 generations and they loved having their King size beds and lots of room to spread out. The game room was used nitely for playing pool and watching Big Screen TV ! We had most of our meals prepared in the well equipped kitchen. The TWO large refrigerators were full at all times, so very nice to have. We were able to eat together as there were two large dining room tables. These tables also served our family "game" nights. There were games and cards here and we also brought along our favorites. The beach access was very convenient across the street from condo. It was easy to cross the street, not a lot of traffic.....They enjoyed the Banana Boat and Parasailing located 6 blocks away on the beach.... One family had just gotten a new dog and didn't want to leave him alone all week in kennel. So they called ahead to reserve and brought the dog to a kennel five blocks away from condo. They were able to visit "Riley" every day at this kennel and even took him out for walks !! That was one happy dog and family !!! This location is very convenient to local restaurants and attractions. Boardwalk at the Beach and Barefoot Landing were favorites. The owners were very accommodating during booking and also during our stay.!!! They made our vacation perfect....Thank you Tim & Suzanne !!!! Family reunion

We had our family (16) stay for a reunion recently. I choose the rental for it's spaciousness and proximity to the beach, and it did not disappoint in those regards. The unit is dated with it's furnishings (The tiki grass upstairs is just tacky), and the rug in the living room needs to go. It is dirty. Our feet were very dirty after walking around the unit for a couple of hours. I tried vacuuming that rug, but, it was impossible, so I doubt the cleaning staff is. The 2 refrigerators was a helpful plus, didn't think we would use them, but, we certainly did. The property amenities were disappointing. We knew the pool was small, but, 5 people in it at once makes it crowded. And the pool is in much need of maintenance. It needs painting and chalking. It appears they just are putting a coat of sand mix paint on it every so often, to the point it is very rough on your feet. And green algae is present all around the pool on the tiles. None of us used the hot tub, The cleanliness of that was also not adequate. The garbage dumpsters are not adequate for the size of the complex. The were disgusting Garbage all around them, and the flies!! We did make use of the BBQ grills, and the owner quickly responded to my request for the code to access additional propane tanks. Overall, our family had a wonderful time, I would recommend this unit to anyone who is looking for a spacious unit where a large family can stay and not be on top of each other.

Best place in Myrtle-Best Rental Experience Ever

This place is absolutely STELLAR! We had a group of 8 guys coming in from out-of-state on a golf trip. Guys in their 40s prefer not to share a bedroom and this place was beyond great. It's everything the owner's say it will be - huge, nice, bright, clean and well-taken-care-of - beautiful. Just like it is their 2nd home. The process leading up to our stay was easy and without issue. When arrived the air was on, fans were on, linens on the beds and lights turned on awaiting us. Nice. Every one of the 8 bedrooms was a good size and 4 of them have direct access to the decks, which run the width of the unit on both floors, so they're big. There's a huge kitchen with plenty of room to eat or hang out. But again, as big as this place is, there's plenty of room to have quiet space... I had an upstairs BR and one morning with a bunch of guys up and eating breakfast, I couldn't hear a thing. The TVs are top-notch to go along with the sound system - and our guys took advantage of the WI-FI. We also had a few games of pool in the main area upstairs as lounged around. The place is nicely decorated but is really very comfortable too. It was a great place to relax. The beach is seen from the deck and is literally across the street...took me 2 minutes from door to shore. While I did that, another guy chilled in the hot tub and then took the elevator back up for a nap. Lastly, the owners are first class. I've never met them and don't own a piece of the condo... they went above and beyond to make it smooth, have it ready and check in. In fact, one of our guys left clothes in the condo and these folks actually found out where our last round of golf was and dropped off his clothes to the pro shop for him to have on his way back! That's just ridiculous. Who does that? I'd like to think I do, but that fact is - these folks DID do it. I'm not a guy to spend my time blogging or write all this stuff for no reason at all but the truth is, this experience was that good. We will be back. My guys are already talking about it...
