Top Floor Oceanfront Condo in North Myrtle Beach

Notice: Starting October 21, 2024 and continuing into November 2024 the Wellington will be resurfacing and painting the front facade of the building. The railings on the balconies will also be replaced. Parking will be disrupted and scaffolding may be present outside of one of the master windows (the small one that faces the street). Beautifully updated 3 bedroom, 2 bath oceanfront condo (sleeps 6). Enjoy your coffee on the balcony overlooking the Atlantic with a stunning panoramic view from this top floor end unit. This is a smaller building, with only 28 units. It's perfect for a quiet family vacation, yet close to dining, shopping, and mini-golf. The master has a queen bed with attached bath, second bedroom has a queen, and the third bedroom is small but perfect for the kids (with bunk beds and a fun ocean scene mural painted throughout the room). Basic supplies are provided at check in, but not replenished during your stay. The unit has a washer/dryer, newly remodeled and fully equipped kitchen, and comfortable living space. There is a "beach closet" stocked with chairs, beach towels, a cooler, toys for the kids and more! After a day on the beach, you can relax by the pool or enjoy the hot tub - both located on the first level and gated exclusively for guests. There are lots of games, puzzles and movies to enjoy if you prefer a quiet family night in. Close to shopping, dining, and all that North Myrtle Beach has to offer!

We cannot say enough good things about our time at Heather and David’s condo. They were proactive in communicating with us about the impending hurricane and kept up informed on the conditions so we could make the best decisions for our trip. Check in was easy, they responded to questions quickly, and the condo itself was so thoughtfully furnished. The beach closet is a fantastic addition to any rental. Stayed July 2024. The condo has everything you need and more. The views from the 9th floor on the oceanfront are spectacular. The condo is very nicely furnished. The owners even provide beach towels and a closet full of beach chairs and sand toys for the kids. Highly recommend this place.

This was a wonderful condo, great location and view. All the tenants were super friendly. Great communication with the property owner she was super accommodating! I cannot recommend this condo enough!!! We had 4 adults and 1 teen.

The unit and views are amazing! Floors were dirty. Writer had to mop them. Smallest bedroom smelled like mildew. Besides the cleanliness, the rest of the unit is great. Nice layout. Well stocked kitchen. Beautiful kitchen table and new living room furniture. Love the location of the condo. Grounds are well maintained. Pool and hot tub are convenient. Love walking out the door to put my feet in the sand. Highly recommend this unit! The owners are very kind and responsive. This was my third stay at this unit. Would go back again.

What a view!!!!!
We had a wonderful stay at this property. The view was just breathtaking!! I would honestly say that this property was the best maintained, equipped and decorated condo that we have stayed in at Myrtle Beach. We go to MB twice a year and always bring with us a few cooking utensils, frying pan, etc. because you never know what will be there. Trust me when I say this beautiful condo was equipped to meet your needs! Heather and David were wonderful and speedy when I did have a question. The only problem was the height of the master bedroom bed. Very high!! Oh, let me mention that there was plenty of hot water.

Fantastic view in a corner unit condo. Great location close to the action but a little quieter part of North Myrtle Beach. The unit itself was fantastic. Well, equipped, clean, comfy beds, and lots of great details. The complex was great as well. Well-maintained, clean pool, and Jacuzzi, and just a few steps from the beach. Owners were extremely friendly and helpful, and were very responsive. Would love to come back again.

We enjoyed spending a week in October in this condo. It has a great layout. It's not like so many others that have the bedrooms directly off of the living room or kitchen, so it made for some nice quiet sleep! The views are excellent. You are able to see the sun both rise and set from the balcony. The kitchen is very well equipped with almost everything you could need. It was nice to have a closet full of beach toys and chairs. We also loved that the building only has 28 units so that it wasn't so crowded. Parking is tight and would be even more so in the summer. We will be back!

The condo was extremely nice! Had everything needed for a beach vacation. I would stay here again! The only things that could be considered a negative- only 1 bathmat for 2 bathrooms and master bedroom bed is extremely high (has extra mattress) and is very soft.

Nice location on the beach but old unit
The condo is in a nice oceanfront location, right on the beach. But the condo itself is old, and dirty, peeled off paint and ceiling mold in several spots, towels looked like they were not properly washed (had to buy new ones), no toiletries available (no shampoo, or body wash, etc), old and worn off furniture, the TVs looked like from the 20th century, the bed mattresses are uncomfortable, not to mention the master bedroom bed is pretty small, and am suspecting bed bugs). Parking is also tricky, there’s a half floor 2nd floor but with limited number of parking spaces. Also, there’s only one elevator for a 9-floor building. The positive is definitely the nice location right on the beach, but that’s about it. Would not return to this unit. Max 1-2 stars

Didn’t want to leave!
Perfect for our family of 4! Beach front view is simply the only way to vacay in my opinion! The unit was clean and spacious for our family. There was plenty of beach chairs,toys,etc available in the unit if needed. Close to restaurants but far enough away from the hustle of South Myrtle. When we arrived the AC unit was having a bit of a bad day but the owner was on top of it and it was fixed promptly. We will be back next year!
