The best stay ever and Best host ever

The host had ever thing you need for your stay down to the smallest details she meets every one and explains everything to you she is a very friendly host I would recommend her to anyone looking for a place to stay on their vacation stay in Myrtle Beach. We enjoyed our stay and hope to stay again next year.

Blown away by this place!

I was very impressed with the cleanliness and comfort provided. This property provides practically anything you can think of that is needed for your stay down to the smallest of needs and wants. I also loved the location. You can't go wrong with this place.

Awesome house

Great place and hostess!!

The home was very clean and in a great location. Loved the large backyard which was fenced in. Great for our dog to play outside safely. The hostess Pam made sure we had everything we needed and then some!! Thank you Pam!! Would definitely stay again!

Wedding Stay

Loved this house! Great location - in nice area, walking distance to beach, grocery store, local shopping. The house is nicely decorated with all the ammenities anyone could ask for. The back yard and deck is spacious and is really pretty at night with the lit up giant live oak. The host was great responding quickly to all questions i had.We hope to stay here again.

Beautiful Cottage!!

Pamela was the absolute best host. The house was stocked with everything you could think of and It was a very short walk to the beach. Me and my fiancée got married on the beach August 29th and she allowed us to have a reception in the back yard and it was just perfect. There is plenty of room for everyone. Thank you Pamela for your hospitality, we had a wonderful time!! I would definitely stay again!!

Awesome spot, great location for quick beach and pier access! GREAT OWNER

When we first arrived we were graciously greeted by a welcoming host! Everything was spotless, an accommodating space for many more than just the 4 we had stay. We loved the renovations the owner has made to the house to create a great space. The extra amenities were greatly appreciated and the backyard was gorgeous with the large live oak tree. Would absolutely stay here again(as we hope to do so in the future when in the Myrtle Beach area on a fishing/beach trip) and would totally recommend! Thanks Pamela!! Bry and Jonas

Amazing stay at live oak cottage

This house is amazing and Pamela was even more amazing!! As soon as we got there she welcomed us with muffins, donuts and cinnamon rolls and gave us a whole rundown of the house to make sure we felt comfortable and it was amazing! She was very helpful and left us with everything we could possibly need. This house feels more like a home than any other place I have stayed before and me and my friends enjoyed our stay very much!! Thank you so much Pamela for having us hopefully we will be back soon!! -Carson

truely a home away from home

The pictures do not justify how adorable this property truly is and how majestic the tree is in the backyard. I normally do not travel much because I am a single mama with too many dogs but I came across this property searching for a place so my daughter and I could travel to N Myrtle to celebrate my fathers birthday with family. With the fully fenced in yard it was perfect for our situation. I received a response from Pam and I could immediately tell she was a great person. The home is fully stocked and well maintained, super clean and the backyard is magical with lights and hammocks with plenty of room for the dogs and my family. I could really sit out there all day, its absolutely beautiful and that tree is incredible. I am really looking forward to our next visit and highly recommend this property without hesitation. Pam, again thank you so much!

Escape from the cool Western NY weather

We wanted to extend our summer and have a beach trip with our 44 pound doodle. This house, street, beach and town was perfect. Not a drop of rain and the beach entrance was literally down the street. We used the wagon, towels and beach chairs that were supplied so each trip was easy. My dog loved walking the 6 nature trails that were all very close to the house as well as the many dog park visits we went to at the North Myrtle Beach Park in Little River. He loved the beach and the ocean too. The beach and neighborhood was so clean, friendly and quiet. The beach grocery store was the cutest store we’ve ever seen with a large selection of ready to eat foods or to order food. The fenced in yard was perfect and the deck and hammock was a big hit. The house was nice, just as listed, with many supplies and items stocked ready to use which was a nice bonus. The communication from start to finish was great and we were treated very well and all our needs were met and/or addressed. We would stay again at this property and definitely look into other properties from this owner if we were to travel with a larger party. Thanks for a nice stay.

Fantastically relaxing

First of all I would like to say Pamela made sure my family and I felt at home. She provided us with everything we needed to ensure we enjoyed our vacation. There wasn’t one thing I could wish we had that could have made our vacation more relaxing. Although she encouraged us to let her know if there was anything we needed. The home was so peaceful we opted out of going to the beach just to simply enjoy the beautiful tree that provides natural beauty and shade to the entire back yard. The neighborhood is quite and the local restaurant owners were extremely welcoming. There was enough parking that we were comfortably able to park our pick up with trailer and our golf cart. The deck is lovely and the color scheme helped lift my spirits and relax me. I would definitely stay here again. In fact I would even purchase this house if she ever decided to sell it. Based on her reviews I guess I am not the only family Pamela made feel special although I am a bit jealous I don’t mind sharing her and my new home away from home.

This property was excellent for our family. We were out on the deck the majority of our trip enjoying the shade under the big oak tree. It’s majestic at night! The kitchen had everything we needed.

Perfect location!

We wanted to go to the beach and be able to take our dogs. The location was easy to walk to the beach with or without our dogs. It was also close to grocery shopping, dining or browsing. Our dogs loved the backyard and they were very secure back there.

Cozy and fun

The house was smaller than we are used to, but everyone agreed that it was perfect in creating a cozy and intimate place. We are game enthusiasts and hoped we didn’t disturb the neighbors as we played corn hole, ladder and pickle ball in a spacious backyard. One suggestion, is to provide a steady lighting option for those night time activities. The accessibility of the beach is very convenient. Our vacation despite the Ophelia at the end, rates high.

Property Manager was wonderful, very attentive, and quick to respond. The deck outside was very nice for when we had cookouts with friends. The beach was a quick walk away, and easily accessible. Everything met our expectations. We would definitely go back. :)

Absolutely perfect!

I can’t begin to complement this property enough! Close proximity to the beach, close, proximity to eating and shopping. It’s perfect for people who take their dogs on vacation. A beautiful back deck with fenced in yard. It takes all the worry out. And the rental comes with a golf cart! We’ve never had a better experience with owners, the property and the location combined. As soon as I walked in the door, I tried to book the property again for the next year, but it was already reserved, I understand why.

Our wedding

My wife and I got married on the beach and were able to have our reception on the back porch. For a year I held on to the dream of dancing our first dance under the lit up tree. This was a wonderful house full of anything you would need to prepare for a wedding reception. The host was available at the drop of a hat. I would recommend this place to anyone
