  • Beautiful condo located in a gated community located in the heart of Ocean Drive. Open concept allows excellent views of waterway from every room. Screened-in deck/porch. 2 Pools and hot tub. Plenty of bike racks. Communal pier for fishing, grilling, and picnicking on the shore of the Intracoastal Waterway. Ample amount of parking. Two master suites, two full baths. One bedroom is king and one queen; each having TV/DVD combo, and walk-in closets.
    Living-room has queen sleeper sofa, love-seat, recliner, and a 46" flat screen with DVD player.
    Dining room has seating for four and two bar stools at counter. Kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, range, microwave, dishwasher, coffeemaker/Keurig, George Foreman indoor grill, crock pot, blender and cake mixer, extra storage and pantry. Full size washer and dryer.
