"Staff was very nice. Room was so hot could not sleep. About 80 degrees. Went to front desk and they gave me a broken box fan bc they were all out of regular fans. I asked to talk to a manager and there wasn't one available. The front desk said they would call or email, they never followed up. Hot tub was out of order, why can't they mention that when booking? The breakfast area is in an odd place and very sparse. "

The rating isnt 5 because the parking was hard and the entrence wasnt clear. There is construction so not thier falt, but still."
