"This place is basically a time capsule from 1987. The rooms haven’t changed since Reagan was president, but I’ll give credit where it’s due—they were actually surprisingly clean. The blanket is about as thick as a paper towel, so the room turned into the Arctic overnight. The outside, however… wow. The balcony felt like I was one bad decision away from starring in a safety training video. The outdoor carpet is covered in debris, the stucco is crumbling off the walls, and the whole exterior...

The first night we stayed the next morning everything was good we always park in the spaces they have for trailers because we have a boat and that’s where the staff have told us to park but the second night we got t the lake and someone had messed with the plug on the boat so we couldn’t use it this is the only place we had parked it. "We come here twice a summer during our road trip to the west coast with our dogs. We keep coming back to Ogden because of how wonderful this hotel is for kids and dogs. There is also conveniently a great restaurant next door with great options if you miss the complimentary breakfast or roll in at dinner time. The dog parks are fabulous and well maintained."
